“WHAT ARISES FROM THE ‘SEPARATION’”

“Fear” is born from the fundamental premise of “separation”—a misconception regarding the nature of existence. From this fear with identification with thoughts and emotions arises the desire or need to either avoid or overcome it, and can be manifested in various forms.

Examples include: attachment; conditioning; the need for approval and validation; the need to be loved; the pursuit of self-actualization (based on an ideal envisioned by the mind); the desire for self-improvement, betterment, or change; delusions of grandeur; the desire for knowledge; the material desire; the possessiveness; the obsession with correctness and justice; the desire for control and self-control (often appearing as a lust for power, physical dominance, self-managing emotions, or an obsession with rules); (self)destructive behaviors—such as emotional, mental, or physical abuse (addiction, domestic violence, discrimination, mob violence, riots, etc.); obsession; the craving for belonging (to a partner, family, ethnic group, nation, religion, etc.); or etc..

Underlying all of these—whether one is consciously aware of it or not—is a narrative as justified excuses.

Even after all of narratives, doings, and identifications have been removed, yet, what remains is the true, impersonal Self, formless essense.

It is ever-present in the “here and now”; it is uninfluenced by anything, absolute permanence.

It is ever-complete as wholeness of oneness, connected to everything beyond time and space, and filled with serene ever-stillness.

It is the very source and foundation of all things—all phenomena, such as the universe, the self, perception, and everything else, that is constantly changing as impermanence.

That is what you truly are. (OM 🙏)
