“BE TRUE”

No matter how much spiritual knowledge one possesses, if one is not living it as awareness,

For example…

• Do not react to what is.
• Allow emotions, thoughts, and experiences to simply appear and disappear, without clinging to them as if they were one’s possessions or identifying with them.
• Allow everything to be as it is, without judgment, as mere impermanent phenomena.
• See oneself in everyone (both of The Self, and the Mind (Ego, Thought) can be seen through).
• Be as non-self.
• Surrender all efforts to change or improve the “illuson of the self” one thinks as oneself to the unknown, etc…,

It is merely self-deception, that is, you are just trying to believe as clinging to the lie (thoughts, stories unfold in the head, self-hypnosis) of the mind (ego) that “I am awareness,” as if it were the truth, and thereby it after all just reinforces identification with the ego and inflates it as mistaken perception of the self.

No matter how much the mind (ego) whispers lies, no matter how much you cling to them to escape suffering, awareness always sees and knows all of it, but never tries to change it; it simply continues to quietly witness everything you do through the clarity of innermost stillness.

Just realize it through each practice (neither through action nor thought) as awareness, such as inwardly observing the self and comprehending how the mind (ego, thought) works, or etc.

The mind (ego, thought) is the mind (ego, thought); it is neither spiritual, nor does it transform into spiritually, and furthermore, nothing will ever awaken the personal self.

Because eventually, when you do not try to let go of attachment to truly personal experiences or attachment to the “I” as an individual, but when these are inevitably surrendered through practice without intention or efforts, it will surely realize, as awareness, that there is no such thing as an individual anywhere.

Having said that, even if it will be the very fundamental realization, it alone does not eliminate all identification with the ego; further practice is always necessary. (OM 🙏)
