“Be true to yourself.”

“Be true to yourself.”

“BE TRUE TO YOURSELF.”

If we get ourselves in an environment where we can be completely alone, and can observe the thoughts and feelings or emotions that appear and disappear in the mind (ego) without any judgment, we will be able to come to clearly see for the first time ourselves as it is, which we never noticed, when we tried to make an effort to be good people, and to improve a better society for ourselves, our families, and society, and moreover, being so careful not to let our ego get out of control desperately.

At that moment, we are with innermost stillness, simply present there as the consciousness, the essence, of the observer.

At the same time, we transcendently come to be in contact with universal and profound wisdom there, without being influenced by any judgments of what is good or bad, that is, by social values such as the era, country, race, or gender.

Only then do we will begin to be aware clearly for the first time of what we really need to do for our own sake as the essence.

This awareness will inevitably lead to a spontaneous transformation that will change us from the very roots up.

In this way, we finally come to begin walking the true spiritual journey.

There, there is no need to pretend to be something you are not.

We may finally realize that until then, due to subjective impressions that had even permeated our subconscious, that is, unconscious beliefs, we were so afraid not only to die, but also to live that we could not even live as ourselves, and thus, that we were only imitating “someone else,” or, moreover, we will even realize that we were merely afraid of being completely unfounded, that is, after all, illusions.

And so we come to comprehend for the first time the true meaning of “not pretending to be something you are not.”

Directly grasp the wisdom by the heart that far surpasses knowledge, such as the profoundness of the truth, its omnipresence, the unconditionality, its broadness of compassion, the essence, the consciousness, ultimate love, God, or the impersonal The Self, by surrendering your personal self.

Melt into its depths, and become one completely.

That is the very core, the only immutable, absolute reality that Christ or Buddha discovered, that is, your true nature. (OM 🙏)
