“Stop thinking.”

“Stop thinking.”

“STOP THINKING.”

If you long to know the truth from the heart and not from the desires of the mind (ego), to grasp the world, to realize true love, and to comprehend humanity, then stop thinking altogether.

Also, stop estimating anything such as how spiritually awakened you are now.

Thinking and estimating, guessing will never lead you to universal wisdom, nor will they awaken you spiritually.

It is always the mind (ego) that does such things, whispering all sorts of illusions that sound just like that, to you that have nothing to do with the facts, and only deceive or confuse you.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Look back at the history of humanity.

Humanity has certainly acquired material wealth in many ways, and we may have built a world where people can live comfortably through improvements and refinements.

But what about inside of us?

Even with all the material wealth and the spread of religions around the world that talks about spirituality, an essential aspect of human, our hearts have not been enriched, and nothing has changed from ancient times to the present day.

Although we should have more time along with increasing convenience , but we are always in a hurry, saying “have no time” or “have not enough time,” and are caught up in “things to do.”

Furthermore, unless the conditions we unconsciously set are met, we will never feel abundance inside.

Even if there are moments of abundance, they are only temporary, and it is natural that there will inevitably come a time when those conditions are no longer met, but we keep to resist such natural changes in various ways.

Just as in ancient times, we argue and compete with people, comparing who is right and what is great, or boasting or feeling ashamed of ourselves.

We also fear people who are not like us, sometimes envy, and even harbor hostility toward them out of self-deprecation, and even belittle them in various ways.

Nevertheless, when we hear of a heinous crime, for example, we may feel relieved that it has nothing to do with us, or despise people who commit such crimes and are not like ourselves.

However, all of these are just dramas created by the mind (ego) and are nothing more than an illusion, and such the mind (ego) does not change no matter who we are.

In fact, such the immaturity and ambivalent nature of the mind (ego) has not changed at all from ancient times until now.

And when we look at these facts as they are, can we acknowledge the fact that they are no different from the various changes that occur within ourselves?

For example, can you continue to observe without being involved in any of the emotions that arise within you, and also without being in tune with any thoughts that trigger impulsive actions (reactions)?

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

If you remain listening to these inner voices, that is, ideas come from the interpretations of the mind (ego) and past projections, or remain believing that they are true, you will never be freed from the maze with no way out.

However, if you find yourself starting to do such things, then take the plunge and completely surrender all of mind’s (ego’s) expectations or desires to the unknown.

In doing so, you will be able to clearly see what is truly necessary for you right now.

Then all you have to do is simply follow the guidance of Higher Self (who never verbally tells us what to do, but helps us realize what we really need through observing the facts as they are together).

It is clear where we are heading, so all we have to do is humbly and sincerely follow it.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

The deeper our spiritual awakening, the more we come to face our own ego, which is more stubborn and deeper in the unconscious.

Whatever it is, we need to abide with self-awareness as The Self, and never let it control our lives.

In the meantime, each of us will continue to face various spiritual challenges.

For example, one idea that greatly tickles the ego as we become spiritually awakened is that we can lead people or awaken them spiritually.

However the fact is, no matter how spiritually awakened we are, ultimately, we can never awaken anyone or save anyone from suffering.

On the contrary, even if we tried, it should only be an opportunity to deepen our own spiritual awakening. No, it has to be.

In the first place, the only person who can actually do this is always the person oneself, and by reconnecting with spirituality and following its guidance by oneself can one only be saved or awakened.

However, the mind (ego) is the same as at any other time, even though our spiritual awakening deepens, it incites us as if we have become somebody by egotistic comparison or self-estimation.

“Look, people are suffering because of ignorance. You go and save them.”

This is proof that no matter how deep spiritual awakening deepens, the mind (ego) does never disappear.

That being said, in fact, the voices actually get quieter and quieter, until it is barely audible, though.

However as a matter of fact, it is quite common for us to fall into identification with the mind (ego) again, even if we deepen spiritual awakening, and it is sometimes difficult to be aware of it, or even worse, we unwittingly play a new drama, which is actually a new spiritual challenge we need to face.

In this way, to be detached from the mind (ego) and to only be as The Self is not something that can be done half-heartedly

In other words, we need to be fully awake at all times for becoming aware of all our inner movements.

With such important work to do for each of us to need to take up all our time, where on earth do we have time to criticize others or lecture others about what they should do?

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Stop thinking altogether and turn awareness inward.

And continue observing carefully and constantly for the changes that take place within.

Then you will begin to clearly see what is truly important. (OM 🙏)
