“ONLY BY OBSERVING ‘I-SELF’ AND INQUIRING INTO ITS SOURCE CAN AWARENESS RECALL THE TRUTH.”

Having knowledge (the mind, a “I,” a “doer,” ownership, based on separation or division) is entirely distinct from wisdom—universal awareness, “non-self,” the absence of a “doer,” no-ownership, and oneness).

The mind (the “I,” thought, the ego) finds a sense of security in accumulating knowledge and thinking of owning experiences—which are, in reality, nothing more than fabrications. Thus, this very security breeds an intensifying fear of loss or error. Simultaneously, the mind becomes increasingly obsessed with fantasies—such as controlling the world (including the people and oneself) and constructing an “ideal” world.

Furthermore, due to its inherent perception of isolation, the mind is easily addicted itself to the narrative of “us.” And it can draw many “selves”—all trapped within the relative duality—into a superficial flow of energy, while simultaneously fueling an illusion for these isolated “selves” to become even more deeply intoxicated with the mind (the “I”, thought, the ego) claims such.

Inevitably, this only serves to deepen the mind’s addiction to its own “I” narrative, further contributed as reinforcing its blindness (ignorance).

Yet, the mind (the “I,” thought, the ego) never directly or experientially realizes that the human brain—at the mind-body level—functions primarily to seek out information that appears to substantiate its assumptions or beliefs, treating such information as if it were irrefutable proof.

For the mind (the “I,” thought, the ego), the most important focus remains, above all else, on “being (becoming) someone”—on gaining recognition and acceptance from others.

It is a narrative of struggle, played out by an “individual” separated self within the relative duality.

Meanwhile, through the dissolving all falsehoods by seeing through them under clarity of innermost stillness, awareness regains its inherent freedom—liberating itself from the unconscious. By thus dismantling of the false I-self, it effortlessly abides in as ever-present, absoluteness, immutability, pure presence, or openness.

There is nothing left to control, nor any “I” that must become someone; reality simply unfolds exactly as it is. Fabricated obligations and responsibilities in the mind—which never truly existed to begin with, on the other, true responsibilities become clear—vanish entirely, leaving awareness free from illusion to fully savor the unfolding flow of reality (including all experiences)—a stream of transient phenomena.

What manifests is the unfolding of infinite possibilities—a diverse array of expressions arising from the pure presence, which is impersonal, with the boundless expanse of non-duality.

There is no conflict or struggle. Furthermore, because of Oneness (unconditional love), there is no fear of loneliness, no need for an “other” to provide love or validation, and no seeking of an “other” to help realize some imagined version of Oneness—a mere mental construct projected by the mind (the “I,” thoughts, the ego).

This is what is so-called “The Self”—that has completely transcended the narrative of the “I,” it is, in fatct, “Nothingness” and simultaneously “Everything.” (OM 🙏)
