“An unfillable sense of lack, or a feeling of deprivation of love”

“AN UNFILLABLE SENSE OF LACK, OR A FEELING OF DEPRIVATION OF LOVE”

The sense of lack or deprivation you may feel can never be filled by status, superiority (intellectual, physical, spiritual, etc.), the deception of a special identity (such as having attained spiritual enlightenment), or something seems like there is some promises before born, such as a sense of role or purpose on Earth, or a soulmate, those are all in fact, impermanence, fantacies.

As a matter of fact, even if there are something transient, they are still nothing more than temporary and will never fundamentally erase your sense of lack or deprivation of love.

Yet, when we refuse to accept this fact, we unknowingly cling more and more to lies.

When all efforts to fill that emptiness (work, acquiring knowledge, accumulating experience, imitating successful people, etc.) will effortlessly surrender as the awareness truly realizes (gain insight) their meaninglessness and misguidedness. And furthermore, by looking deeper that very sense of lack and deprivation, when it sees through that neither lack nor deprivation existed anywhere in the first place, only then will we be liberated from that unconscious bondage.

Otherwise, we will carry that emptiness, until facing it honestly and sincerely, either ignoring its existence, succumbing to some kind of addiction, or clinging to socially accepted disguises (deception of success, such as a long-lasting marriage or running a business).

And inevitably, whether we embrace this fact or not, it becomes a demand or expectation on others, and must unavoidably carry the potential to lead to unconscious, yet violent without realization, verbal, physical, or psychological, or etc. coercion to others.

See through this relative duality, or the trick of the mind (ego, thought), or the astonishing smallness of the world of mind perception, and how human consciousness works.

In addition, insight, whatever it may be, when a moment of realization, the “I” is always absence.

Therefore, any insights do not make one superior or any special to others, nor do they lead to the unconscious arrogance of thinking one can teach something, or save others.

If such a feeling exists within, it is, needless to say, a disguise, deception created by the mind (ego) to ensure its survival. (OM 🙏)
