“Rescue oneself”

It is said that we all think something about 60,000 times a day, and of those thoughts, it is also said that 80 percent are negative contents and 95 percent are repeated the same content as before.

Have you ever considered about this more deeply?

Obviously this does mean that we ourselves are consciously and unconsciously choosing which thoughts are true to us.

As the mind sees only the dual world, many of us see life only as fortunately or misfortunately, and think that it is our responsibility to choose between them within the limited perspective.

But is that all?

If we were to choose only either fortunately or misfortunately, are we always deciding whether it’s fortune or misfortune in comparison?

But doesn’t this mean that no matter what we choose, we cannot be free from the choice of the dual world?

Then, mistakes are created always after those choices, doesn’t it?

However in fact, the truth is that happiness is not promised by choosing correct one.

That state of being means that we are not free from the relative world and are always victims in some points.

There’s actually an ultimate path of rescuing ourselves to live in complete freedom as our true nature by transcending the dual world. Each of us has to find it within. It’s not something we can buy somewhere, nor we can get it from someone.

Neither does the mystical experience, nor the collection of the words of the saints, that alone can save us. Contrary to what the mind has delusions of, in fact, such experiences often give the ego a false sense of security and close the path to self-rescue.

Transcend the points of view, such as ‘which one we choose from the 60,000 thoughts of a day’, find within ourselves an authentic path to rescue ourselves for living our inherent freedom.

It can only be done now and never be some day.

It’s because we live only in the present without exception, the unknown is always contained in the present, and the unknown is even revealed only in the present.🙏✨🌈
