Do not control or suppress any emotion.

That’s because it’s one of our inherent system that all emotions can only work equally. So no one can choose emotions to feel such as this feeling is okay or that feeling is not okay. If we force ourselves to do so, we will undoubtedly become insensitive to all emotions, and consequently, that means that we even make ourselves to be unable to taste any profoundness of the life itself.

No matter which our minds consider emotions as good or bad, there’s no such as good or bad emotions in any life.

So, for instance, when we want to be happy, no matter how much persuade to ourselves every day that “I am happy,” if we have shut out our uncomfortable emotions, no one really can be happy.

This is because happiness is not something we feel by conditions, but by letting go of our own stereotype such as good or bad emotions and by transcending to the higher consciousness, and that we find happiness that was originally within us, or realize that appreciation or etc, itself for the life are happiness.

Thus, in order to realize that emotions are not our true nature, or to transcend the dual world, we need to feel every our own emotion equally and only to simply continue to observe ourselves.

Moreover, for instance, no matter how intense our emotions get, the emotions itself cannot destroy us or our lives.

There is a reason why the emotions get intense. Emotional suppression and control cause distortion in the emotional system, so the emotions can naturally get intense if we cling to the specific interpretation of the ego or we cannot let our emotions to spontaneously spring up or disappear by suppressing or controlling.

It is psychologically the natural response of the emotional system.

Thus, the significance is that we only need to leave every emotion to spring up or disappear as it is, and to accept the natural emotional system as it is. Of course, how we communicate them to others is another matter… 🙏🌈✨
