“THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS IN LIFE”
There is not a single problem in life.
All that exists is the thought that deems something to be a problem.
As thoughts—or judgments—arise one after another (labeling one idea right and another wrong), while awareness fails to recognize them as “merely thoughts,” the sense of “I” as the owner of these thoughts is reinforced. This strengthens the attachment to thoughts of “mine” as possessions, which in turn naturally and unconsciously gives rise to resistance against reality as it is.
Yet, the raw reality does not reside within thoughts; it consists of fleeting phenomena that appear and vanish in the present moment—the result of a convergence of various causes and conditions. This reality is always exactly as it is, and there is nothing inherently problematic about it.
Moreover, this reality—characterized by impermanence—will never transform into something eternal or unchanging.
Nevertheless, when awareness identifies with these thoughts, a struggle against imaginary problems—such as questioning reality or seeking to “solve” issues that do not actually exist—inevitably begins, further intensifying resistance to reality.
The mind (the “I,” or thought) then turns outward, asking, “Is the world acceptable as it is?”
But…
The true question should be directed inward: “Why do I perceive this as a problem?”

Life is a space of opportunity for awareness to “realize the truth”which had been obscured by preconceptions—by witnessing experiences without judgment that appear and vanish in each passing moment of “now.” It is that consciousness explores and tests various possibilities.
It is nothing more, and nothing less, than that.
Life is not merely about the “I” grappling with reality while clinging to the notion that “impermanence ought to be permanence”—only to wallow in self-pity when things fail to go as desired, or conversely, to proclaim how valiantly one fought to turn impermanence into permanence or to refuse to yield to it.
Those are simply stories of—what merely appear to be—temporary failures and successes, constructed by the mind (the “I,” thought) within the world of relative duality (a realm of illusions and representations).
Life is, in fact, a diverse manifestation of impersonal, momentary experiences unfolding in a profound and spacious that lies far beyond any narrative spun by the “I.” Moreover, it is the ultimate opportunity for Awareness to realize the non-dual truth—that “all duality is an illusion”—and to quietly embody that truth.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
When Awareness truly turns its inquiry inward, it finally becomes ready to bring to light the groundlessness of the “I” and the “mine”—concepts it had previously and blindly believed to possess actual substance.
It is only when the groundlessness of the false “I” and “mine” is actually revealed through the clarity of the innermost stillness that these illusions and falsehoods begin to vanish, one by one.
Then, without any effort whatsoever, a reality that once seemed riddled with problems reveals itself in its perfect, “as-it-is” state—unchanged from how it always was.
That perfect, authentic state—which has been ever-present and holds no problems whatsoever—finally becomes known to Awareness.
There, only pure presence exists; a personal “I” separate from the rest is nowhere to be found.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Truth—that is, the “Now” (the world of phenomena) filled with transcendental love and peace—is something that always exists right here, right now. (OM 🙏)
