“The difference between the mind and awareness.”

“THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MIND AND AWARENESS”

The mind thinks, “I am special” in negative or positive way, yet deep down, it lacks confidence and constantly fears those it perceives as superior in ability.

Consequently, when self-worth is severely compromised, encountering someone deemed inferior can provide a sense of relief or superiority, thus, it unavoidably needs separation in relative duality; at times, one might even project feelings of helpless powerlessness or incompetence onto such individuals, and even take it out on them.

This is a natural reaction for the mind aimed at maintaining emotional and mental equilibrium, stemming from a fundamental assumption that views separation as the no-brainer.

In this way, the mind always perceives everything in personal terms.

In contrast, Awareness knows, “I am nothing and at the same time, I am everything.”

It is perpetually fulfilled and serene.

There is no need to fight or compete with anyone or anything; the very concepts of winning and losing do not exist due to no division, nor is there any need for validation.

This very openness, wholeness is happiness itself. (OM 🙏)
