“THE QUINTESSENCE”

When we begin to comprehend the quintessence of spiritual teachings, finally we will realize that what they are communicating is all the same, beyond the superficial differences of verbal expression, religion, or denomination, and even spiritual or not.

This is the truth that can be grasped by the heart, the quintessence that resides in the depths of all things.

It is not “Can’t see the forest for the trees,” but “Know the forest from a tree.”

And this is the true meaning of “Know thyself.” (OM 🙏)
