“STILLNESS AND CALMNESS”

The more we are with the innermost stillness, the less we react to any of the outer world, and the quieter our expression comes to become as same as the stillness within.

It is a manifestation of the compassion that comes from finding ourselves in the person in front of us, and the fact that we do not know what was based someone’s words or actions were expressed on, that is, the world that each essence sees is as innumerable as the number of essences, and no one can actually know how other essence grasps and also from which dimension it sees and thereby it can be impossible to judge anything, also a manifestation of the humility that comes from the recognition & acceptance of that fact as it is.

In this way, we come to make more clearly distance ourselves from any judgment-based reactions by the mind (ego).

It is this complete stillness, which is inherent in all of us, that the space to spring out calmness spontaneously. (OM 🙏)
