“HOW TO FACE THE MIND’S (EGO’S) CLAIM.”
Whatever you do now, always remain awareness apart from the mind (ego) and be with the Consciousness itself. Always continue to observe as a witness, without assimilating with either the external words and actions or the internal movements (thoughts, emotions, reactions, etc.).
There is no such thing as personal experience. Because, as the Consciousness itself, it is observing everything and acting at the same time, so the subject of action is, in every point, the Consciousness itself, regardless of whether realizing it or not.
Thus, there can be no individual, “I” or “mine”.
Then, not only will the mind’s (ego’s) claims, such as “I have achieved __” or “this is my experience,” disappear, but also, of course, there will be no necessity to compete with anything or anyone for the mind (ego) to be recognized its excellence or significance by someone else.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Truth is a very simple thing, but because it is simple, it is not easy to realize about it.
As the saying goes, “you can’t see the forest for the trees,” the truth is always present within us, but because of its simplicity, it is difficult to realize about it without going through various internal stages. And it becomes even more difficult to live that simplicity.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Nevertheless, the mind (ego) always claims, “I have understood the truth,” “I am right, so they are wrong,” or “I am enlightened,” and so on.
But, for instance, if this game of life, which hidden purpose is spiritual awakening, were so “easy” to accomplish, what in the universe would make essence want to play this game or even continue playing it, anyway?
And if the essence would achieve it so easily, then what in the universe can it continue to be in awe or revere?
Furthermore, where in such “easiness” is the profundity of the ultimate truth, which is far beyond the mind’s (ego’s) imagination?
Moreover, how and where in the universe does any “moment of accomplishment” exist in this game of life when the truth is that there is no time to flow and even space to exist?
As seeing, all of these claims by mind (ego) are based on a dual worldview, which is totally incompatible with the non-dual world of the truth, the Consciousness itself.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
However, here comes actually a very important part for spiritual awakening.
In fact, these claims of the mind (ego) are always expressed as reactions of the unconscious (ego), but in the depths of these reactions, there is always pain (wound). In other words, there is still an unrecognized and unsublimated pain in the depths of the reaction.
Thus, it means that if we are awake enough to notice the reactions of the unconscious and can continue to observe the internal and external movements without assimilating the mind (ego) (observation does not have to be simultaneous), we can also notice the existence of the pain (wound) and accept it as it is by ourselves, and thereby makes us the pain that we were previously unaware of be sublimated (healed).
In other words, when we are able to recognize the existence of the pain (wound) as it is, through observation without assimilation to the mind (ego), it is no longer in the realm of the unconscious (ego) (i.e., we have let go of the ego that is connected to that pain), and inevitably, that pain (wound) will no longer be expressed in the form of reactions.
In this way, we who are deepening the spiritual awakening are able to more close to the true nature (to continue to connect with consciousness itself and to more integrate it), even through the unilateral claims of the mind (ego).
It is important for ultimate transcendence not to cut it off or pretend it does not exist, even if we are not assimilated with the mind (ego).
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
On the contrary, it is merely ego that wants to think “I am different” by viewing the mind (ego) as an enemy or as a nuisance.
In brief, the hostility is only one of the reactions of the mind (ego). This is a particularly easy trap of ego to fall into.
And it is, after all, paradoxically giving the mind (ego) permission to continue to exist as an enemy or as a nuisance.
It also means that we can’t avoid being hostile to someone as the mind (ego) who we encounter (by both in terms of brain function and recognition of awareness), which means that inner peace will never come forever until we surrender doing it in that way.

Whatever you find within you, treat it as something that leads you deeper, much closer into the essence. (OM 🙏)
