“STILLNESS”

When we are in harmony with the essence, we will be filled with pure joy in stillness of being.

It is not some emotion that is elated by condition, nor is there any mind to boast of something, but is everywhere stillness and all is pure and clear.

Although everything as form is only borrowed for a moment, but at the same time, we will be in peace and happiness for being oneness with the eternal light that is depths of everything.

At that time, we will be in the most relaxed state as letting go of unnecessary energy.

And if we can stay there and continue the mind detached, then whatever is happening on the outside will be unable to disturb us any longer.

Because whatever appears in front of us then will be completely different from what we have been seeing through the mind.

Although all that the mind sees is always only an illusion, while we are in harmony with the essence, we will be able to see there would be the various circumstances behind any expression of any being, and at the same time, because we are also oneness with the essence of those beings, only awe, compassion and unconditional acceptance of love that will peacefully overflow.

And this stillness of pure and clear world is who we really are. (OM 🙏)
