In the world of the mind, there is no one but you, your separated self, because everything you see is a reflection of unconsciousness and values. Right and wrong, beauty and ugliness, or anything else. There is always a comparison there that which is better. In that world, you are the only one who creates everything in your world, consciously and unconsciously.
In the world of the oneness, there is only one consciousness. There is nothing else. Everything, including the unknown, always exists simultaneously, which means that anything can exist. There is not even a way to see right from wrong there. Therefore, for instance, if you would complain to someone means that you just express your resistance towards the fact that the person is just your reflection of unconsciousness and values, and that your ego is related to it.
After all, there is only one that exists in either world.
Are you happy now? Are you able to answer this question immediately?
If your answer is “No”, then ask yourself what true happiness is.
Conversely, if your answer is “Yes”, then ask yourself that if you lose your family, qualifications, or something whatever belongs to you, and yet whether you will be able to say that you are happy or not. After asking that, if your answer changes into “No” from “Yes”, it’ll mean that you’ve lost sight of true value of your true nature.
The happiness isn’t controlled by what happens to us. Furthermore, the happiness is neither emotion nor something which is provided by getting something.
The happiness is the state of being filled with who you are. It’s not given us when we get something, but is realized only through acceptance of oneself as we are and circumstances as they are now.
That’s why it is said that the happiness depends on us…, depends on how we catch ourselves and world.
No matter what happens in our lives, everything can be an opportunity to open our minds and deepen our recognition about ourselves into our true nature.
Therefore for instance, anyone who finds it difficult for us to get along with can be a kind of a guide to the next stage, in other words, we can see it as an “illusion” of our own mind or ego and use its opportunity to realize ourselves deeper.
The mind or ego always wants to be a victim or a hero. It’s because then the mind can justify the ego. But the mind or the ego is not oneself. Some people may say it’s a part of human being, but that’s a misunderstanding.
Our true nature will never be any victim of circumstances such as times, societies, or families, because through that experience, we can touch what lies at the deepest, and for the first time we can find deeper awareness in its silence.
No one has come to the truth without difficulties.
This means even if our minds or ego continues to refuse to accept something as it is, our true nature is always tasting all experiences delightfully whether we realize it or not.
There might be times until now that you thought you needed someone to tell you what to do, or you felt like you were lucky to know some sages, or you needed some more sages.
But the only wisest sage for you is your true nature.
You were never once a person until now who needed someone to tell or fill you.
Even if you felt that the words of sages have been useful for you, it means that your true nature had led you to create a state of being resonant with the profoundness of sages – not by the superficial words of sages.
It always happens regardless of how you are aware of yourself.
In other words, the more you consciously choose the invisible that leads you instead of believing you need someone, the clearer the path to the oneness with all will become unavoidably.
Firstly, we get quiet the mind, carefully observe oneself without any judgment or criticism, and then change the way we see the world.
It will necessarily change our next choice.
And the more we continue to do so, the more responsible we will be able to take for our own choices and our own life.
Everything we perceive is just a clue to realize about our true nature. The mind stubbornly believes that what we (not real us, self that the mind misunderstood) perceive is right, and the mind is unaware of the need to clarify where that perception comes from. But all perception actually comes from unaware ego.
A wound of such unaware ego tends to rely on correctness until being recognized and accepted a fact that they still have wounds, and when people or society do fault they tend to condemn them unconsciously, even how much profound truth we realize. It’s as if those wounded mind believe that doing so would heal the wound.
It is not talking about good or bad. It’s talking that the unawareness makes such issues to any of us. In other words, it means that the awareness of our own unawareness is a clue to solving our own problems.
Ultimately, in this present moment, no one can have any problems at all.
Therefore, we don’t have to correct ourselves nor anyone’s mistake, nor do we have to live right. We do not live for correctness, that purpose.
Our true nature know that it’s not that peace or happiness we are inherently looking for could be given to us by someone’s understanding or acceptance. The true peace or pure happiness is always in us and those have never been separated from us.
It’s because our true nature is itself.
That said, some feel “I cannot quit its tendencies to correct wrongness even if I notice my own wounds”. In that case, there might be still judgment or criticism of oneself deep inside. It happens often that those judgment or criticism can get in the way and make it difficult to deepen our awareness.
In the end, again, the most indispensable for any of us is to observe ourselves with the most inherent eyes, without any judgment or criticism. For that reason, everyone needs to be connected to the most inner silence.🙏✨💗
Learn to empty your head and quiet your mind. Otherwise, we will continue being swayed by unaware of our own ego. In the complete silence – we may be able to hear something but absolutely concentrate – we will be finally able to observe oneself without any judgment or criticism.
Observing doesn’t mean observing others or any objects, but instead alertly observing what’s going on inside us, such as the flow of thought, the swaying of emotions, and the tension of our delicate muscles, or etc. If we are able to be still in the complete silence and concentrate quite enough, we will be inevitably able to see everything clearly and get away from the drama the mind have created unconsciously.
Ultimately, we might realize that there are no perpetrators or victims anywhere.
Those, perpetrators and victims or anything to be opposite one another only exist in illusions, like our own minds or sense of values.
But its illusions are most indispensable for our experience of the awakening. If there’s no illusions, we can never realize that there was not even the beginning or the ending, or even more we never needed to be aware of our true nature.
On the other side, having an experience of reaching to pure knowledge means that we just touched one of the truth, it doesn’t mean that we know all the truth. Actually, there are many layers of awakening within the profound experiences. It cannot be only one experience for some.
Again, any experiences are essential to each of us. We don’t have to eliminate any of them, and no one can also correct someone’s wrong one by their own sense of value, because there is no right or wrong anywhere in this non-dual world – nothing is happening. It’s only the ego mind that holds such a belief.
And, it is one only, the complete silence of our own to be able to reach there.🙏💗🌌
People unconsciously interpret their own experience with conformity of sense of value of the social and perceive everything through those interpretation. It’s just the interpretation and those interpretation apply until we truly realize about our true nature and begin to use most inherent eyes.
Some of them directly reach the pure knowledge which is the profound truth about their true nature in the absolute silence.
Some of those fall into the sense which they are special human beings and the sense of rightness, and so try to teach others or correct anything the mind thinks it’s wrong. It happens repeatedly until they realize that it’s just work of the ego and it’s based on the interpretation of their experiences.
And others gradually soak the pure knowledge into their deeper inside.
No one can teach anything to others. Pure knowledge which is the profound truth about our true nature can be reached only within the absolute silence of each. Even if it seems like someone teach, it is happening within pure resonance.
It happens by the person who is absolutely free from the intentions of teaching and by the existence who is ready to open oneself to receive something else. It happens only in the absolute freedom of both side, not by the intention of anyone to teach. Therefore the interpretation of their experiences doesn’t exist nor individually separated self among there.🙏💗🌈
Instead of being based living by “fear” of ego self “what kind of events I will encounter in the future,” we have to turn our attention to the now, “How am I perceiving and experiencing the events now that are in front of me?”
If we are living in the fear, we will always become a victim too easily within the stubborn belief that the problem is always others or situations. Or if we are aware of the now, we will be able to live the true nature of being the creator of reality at the present moment.
Because it’s the reality that we experience now and no longer we can’t change it or runaway from it. If we are able to realize those facts within the stillness, we will be able to accept them as they are even though what it is.
That being said, it is okay even if you are unable to accept the reality as it is. It’s just you have to forgive yourself as you are.
Have you ever recalled a scene in detail later having been upset?
Your mind or ego wants to be a perfect or at least tries to be, so when something you don’t expect happens you will get upset easily.
But if we can recall the scene in detail, who on earth was it to observe the detail then calmly and how?
Have you ever asked about it inside sincerely?
Most of time, the mind or the ego refuses to accept what had already happened, loves to dream of a different result from reality in illusions, says, “If only I had done the different choice then…” and continue deceiving separated self in the dual world. But then that’s where suffering and obsession arise from.
Off course, those experiences are so important for awareness relatively, but if we wanted to use those for not deceiving oneself, we should face with reality we have sincerely.
Because there exists the truth only beyond the ego.
So continue to ask inside sincerely who is it to always observe everything.
Your essence knows it’s clearly not the mind or the ego.
There is something undoubtedly immovable deep inside us far beyond the ego.
Isn’t that our true nature?
If you continue to choose to experience rather than try to understand about it with the mind, you will find out sooner or later…🙏✨💗
