“BEING AWARE”
For “being aware” does not require any judgment.
It means that The Awareness purely recognizes that “something” – a mere thought, emotion, memory, identification, event (which it is interpreted as a personal experience when the mind (ego) projects and interprets from the past and you take that mind’s (ego’s) mere thoughts as real, and at the same time attachment to it is created), etc. – manifests in the field of consciousness.
The Awareness is never trapped by them, nor does it indulge in them, nor is it even affected by them.
It means that The Awareness does not resist the manifestation of that “something” in any way, but embraces it completely as it is, and lets everything be as it is, regardless of how long it remains or when it disappears.
And The pure Awareness does never personalize experience as “This is happening to ‘me’” or label thought as “mine.”
In this way, every “something” is non-self.
That “something” has no will, mission, or anything else.
It is impermanent, simply appearing and disappearing.
It is like a temporary dream, like clouds appearing and disappearing floating in the sky.
The Awareness with the clarity of innermost stillness (openness) simply witnesses both “Yin and Yang,” such as “duality and non-duality,” or “impermanence and permanence” and so on as they are without any judgement, resisting to it and also any effort to be needed to embrace, thus it even never needs to control or to change mere manifestation, phenomena at all.
Without clinging to any view or concepts, without dreaming of any future (which is a denial of what is), and therefore it has never a moment of any complaints or dissatisfaction, The Awareness always remains in the “now” and exist with what is.
There is no way that suffering can occur in this non-self. (OM 🙏)
