“LIFE GOES ON.”
Even if the awareness directly becomes aware of itself, realizes that each and every thing, as “I” self, one previously assumed to be real is merely an illusion (assumptions, projections, interpretations, etc.), and realizes that the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and even one’s body one once thought of as ones own are not, and never were, personal possessions, life continues as before: phenomena simply appear and disappear, thoughts and emotions come and go, experiences arise, and so on.
However, through simple and pure insight and awareness, one will come to deeply comprehend that, especially with regard to emotions, if one does not embrace to let them fully feel, as openness, emotions denied or rejected through control or effort will remain unsublimated and will have a significant, unconscious influence on people in various aspects of their lives as negative emotional energy.
Thoughts, emotions, experiences, the body, events, and the world no longer require efforts or control, and moreover, the separated personal “I,” the illusory self that is the root of all one’s difficulties and sufferings dissolves, one no longer resists the impermanence of phenomena, but simply allows them to appear and disappear.
One no longer denies or attempts to eliminate any of them.
This is because one see through that such reactions are merely another judgments (thoughts) based on the illusion of the known (thoughts that project judgments and interpretations cultivated in the past). And seeing through as well that trying to standardize them is a tyranny born from identification with the mind (ego), a mere reaction based on dogmatic, self-righteous interpretations.

“Awakening” does not mean, for example, that one no longer feels negative emotions or has bad thoughts, or that one becomes one of special awakened beings, tasked with correcting, guiding, or punishing evil.
Awakening gives oneself, as the awareness, true vision that the perceptions captured by the mind (ego) prior to making such judgments, and the identification of those perceptions with thoughts that we consider to be reality, are interpretations, projections of the past (known), and illusions. Therefore, by simply stopping reaction to them—that is, by ceasing to identify with them—and only allowing them to apear and disappear, but one no longer views even thoughts and emotions within as mere phenomena, personal problems that need to be solved.
Phenomena unchangeably remain impermanent.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
People are always under infinite variety of levels of awakened awareness, and they influence each other in various ways. This interrelationship interconnectedly causes the phenomena that appear before our eyes to continually change.
There is absolutely no need to control or change these mere phenomena as “I,” and there are always no problems in “reality,” just what is.
Thoughts and emotions will simply appear and disappear, just as before.
Experiences will also arise in a variety of ways, just as before.
However, there is simply no longer an illusory separated-self, “I,” who take them as possessions, or identified with them.
And so life goes on in its simplest flow. (OM 🙏)
