“WHEN ONE RESTS IN JUST BEING.”
When one rests in just being, no one makes claims such as, “I know the truth,” “I am consciousness,” or “I have enlightened.”
The “I” that makes such claims is the personal, separate mind (ego), thought itself, which is merely an identification with a phantom image based on memory.
“Just being” involves no thought, no judgment, and no self-definition.
It simply exists as pure awareness.
At that time, thoughts, emotions, and actions just simply appear and disappear within consciousness, and experiences are never owned but remain impermanent.
Moreover, that actions are direct and simple actions or responses but never reactions.

One simply needs to realize this simplicity of just being through the clarity of the innermost stillness and surrender to the sense of peace that naturally arises from within.
It is not something to newly acquire, nor is it something that can be learned from someone else.
Whether one is aware of “just being” or not, it is nothing has ever changed; it is always present, unchanging.
And when one rests in this, nothing arises that seeks to change anything inward or outward.
This is because consciousness directly knows that existence itself is always perfect, without a need of adding or subtracting anything.
Therefore, when one remains there, no claims or disputes can arise.
This is the very way of just being when one will be peaceful within, and be able to effortlessly provide tranquility to the outside without any intentions. (OM 🙏)
