“Incredibly simple, yet profound”

“INCREDIBLY SIMPLE, YET PROFOUND”

No matter how chaotic or difficult we may be, the innermost stillness always resides within us.

Through touching that stillness, we begin to open the pure eyes of heart, which simply see things as they are, and its essnce, rather than the clouded lenses of the unconscious mind (ego).

That stillness is always accompanied by effortless clarity.

If we see everything from that stillness, which means that we have already let go of all attachments such as desires, expectations, or so, we will be able to witness phenomena simply yet faithfully and humbly, without any interference from the mind’s (ego’s) various unconscious interpretations or projections, or judgments, comparisons, definitions, or so, —stories based on identification with just thoughts and emotions that only appear and disappear in our head—or any other illusions based on identification with the mind (ego) as a “separate being” we call “I”—and from desires, efforts, experiences, or so, all assertions, as a “personal self.”

Even when thoughts and emotions flood in the mind, overwhelmed by events, and we no longer know what to do, if we return to that innermost stillness, that clarity will always reveal the simplest and most profound path, as what we truly should do or what we no longer need.

Still, we must remember that it is all too much easy to unknowingly fall in to the deceptions, lies, and illusions of identification with the unconscious mind (ego)—even without intention or a desire to return to that state (even if it seems to be good, any desire always has us attachment and resistance).

This is because these are so comfortable for the unconscious mind (ego) and so much familiar that they are the most difficult to recognize.

Spiritual awakening has several stages.

In the early stages of spiritual awakening, we become aware of how easily we fall into the resistance, attachments, and patterns of the unconscious mind (ego) and each time realization, we return to the clarity of the innermost stillness. Next, as we comprehend the simplicity and openness of true nature, essence, we find it easier to remain there. Eventually, the clarity of the innermost stillness becomes the most natural state of us, that the awareness no longer leave this state and simply abides in as consciousness itself, that means that we have let complete surrender of all attachments, and identifications without any intention or effort.

In this innermost stillness, as non-duality, there is no blaming or criticism as judgement of ourselves, others, or world at all; there is also no separation of any kind, and thus no comparison at all.

Not only is there no dogmatic or self-righteous idea of how people or the world should be, but there is also no expectation or desire of the self-centered ideal that the mind (ego) envisions.

Moreover, in this stillness, not only is there no “I” or “mine” to attached to, but the individual does not exist at all.

There is only simple, vast, profound of wholeness as openness of impersonal consciousness, in which infinite possibilities can unfold in a variety of ways.

This simplicity is the very essential freedom. (OM 🙏)
