“PURELY OBSERVE THE FACTS, ITS ESSENCE AS THEY ARE.”
Don’t think. Just observe.
As observing, you don’t need to make any judgments for reflection at all.
Purely observe only the facts as they are.
When absolute reality, the Self, which is impersonal true you, is perfect in itself, and there is nothing to add or subtract, where is the need to compare, judge, or define?
And much less, what is the need for effort?
If you couldn’t see this perfect wholeness, the reason is simply because you’re allowing thoughts to obscure the truth and you’re even being misled by that stories the mind (ego) tells you.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
First and foremost, observe yourself, not others.
Furthermore, to clarify the truth, you need to let go of the way you view things, such as viewing the ego as a personal issue and judging it as good or bad.
The mind (ego) is nothing more than thoughts clinging to memories of experiences you believe to be personal self, yours, pretending to have substance.
In reality, there’s no such thing.
But because the blind belief that “I’m inadequate” has been so deeply ingrained in us that we don’t even question ourselves, we even unwittingly create the need for validation. This impels us to thoughs, such as “achieving (or need to achieve) something,” and so makes us a desire, a disguised as a goal or some other meaningful thing, and we allow this mere thought we think it the ego to control our lives.
In reality, there’s nothing binding you or requiring you, let alone, there’s nothing limiting you.
All there is the thought that you think “there is.”

Realize that above all else, you’re just afraid to face the illusory self, the one you suppose you are, that’s missing something.
And through embracing that fear for what it is, pass by that state without effort naturally.
In fact, there’s nothing worth fearing at all.

When one purely observes oneself without judgement, a profound, universal wisdom will be able to emerge before one’s eyes, through clarity of innermost stillness—one that is never for anyone else, but for awareness of The Self.
And then, be guided by that wisdom, which can always only be seen through the clarity of innermost stillness. (OM 🙏)
