“THE DEGREE OF OPENNESS”

Instead of seeking to have your (mind, ego’s) conceptions of happiness, peace, and tranquility (ideas, i.e., assumptions or beliefs) “given” or “have others, the world” to you from outside (this is a thought-first way of life that identifies with the mind (ego), which leads to suffering; the heart is closed), when you are in stillness (it can spontaneously make the heart open; openness = the unintentional and inevitable surrendered the mind (ego) which had been making various resistance to what is,) and are able to see through beyond mere superficial perception of reality by the mind (ego) to its profound depths, with this clarity, you will realize that the essence is peace and happiness itself (true vision).

No effort is required.

Nor is it about memorizing the words of sage people.

Nor is it about imitating the actions of sage people.

Instead, the most significant key is always simply your natural inner state, at that point.

Looking at this from another angle, it can say that your natural inner state, without the efforts of the mind (ego), always directly influences the world you perceive.

In fact, no matter how much the mind (ego) tries to deceive you, or how much effort you put yourself into disguise you’ve “become capable,” after all, your own level of openness (awareness) at any point in time always perfectly corresponds to the depth of the reality you can percieve.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

The concept (illusion) of “you” that you identify with the mind (ego) can never “become” someone someday; Not so, awareness, non-self simply becomes aware that the essence, The Self, is always and already “that” in the first place, perfectly.

At that moment, the self-identification with the mind (ego) that you’ve been convinced you are will be spontaneously collapsed.

When one directly comes into touch with (grasps into) this shocking, profound revelation of truth, is also when one is simultaneously made aware of the undoubted illusion of the mind (ego). And because of simple yet its esoteric nature of the truth, it is impossible for an inevitable and fundamental transformation of existence not to occur.

Thus, paradoxically, at that moment, one comprehend for the first time that the mind (ego) can never be “real” or “true” even in the mind unless one perceives it as such, and that identification with the mind (ego) is itself an illusion.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Truth is never something that can be understood through the knowledge the mind (ego) assumes (the linear flow of time, the result of effort, the known), instead, by direct grasp (seeing through the truth) through clarity, one comprehends that the truths have been expressed by various sages are all the same thing, and at the same time, one as non-self instantly comprehends the same perfect wholeness of the truth with the heart (everything exists in the “now,” as omnipresent, and is the unknown that is infinite possibility, and it can realize only by direct grasp with the effortless of non-self, absence of the mind (ego)).

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

However, it is important to note that directly grasping the truth does not mean that all spiritual challenges have been completed.

Living the truth that directly grasped is another chapter entirely; directly grasping the truth is simply the beginning of a new chapter as The Self.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

That is why, conversely, it is necessary to first firmly detach awareness from the thought-first state (identification with the mind (ego)), which makes one susceptible to various influences without realizing it, no matter whose words are (including thoughts).

Of course, this is also true to what is written here.

This is because no one can avoid the influence of blind faith, interpretations or etc., by unrecognized fear, which arise from the mind’s (ego’s) self-recognition of separation.

Only through this detachment can one become aware that it is always the mind (the ego, the fear of inadequacy, fear of death, or etc.) and one’s unrecognized identification with it that attracts one to these things, which obscure the truth (at that moment, the center of awareness is completely shifted from the mind (thoughts) into the heart).

This is the beginning.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Close your eyes and, in that complete stillness, become aware that you know nothing.

Stay in the pure humility of that non-self and let it guide you.

࿓࿓࿓࿓

Realize that if nothing changes your inner state, no matter how much physical prowess (beauty, health, longevity, etc.), spiritual knowledge, material wealth, or experience you think acquiring, the world as you perceive it, the world around you, will ever remain unchanged. (In fact, embrace the fact as it is that nothing has ever truly changed at all through the mere self-persuasion (self-hypnosis) of the conscious mind.)

And truly realize that the purpose of life is not in its length, material abundance, or even mere relationships, but in living in the profoundness of the present moment, where life happens through you, not to you. (OM 🙏)
