“Know thyself”

“Know thyself”

“KNOW THYSELF.”

Everyone can understand people more by knowing themselves more deeply. Furthermore, the more one knows oneself, the less one finds differences between one and other people, and the deeper one goes into stillness in the process, the more one moves toward the oneness experience, that is, direct grasping The Self.

To know oneself, it is essential to get away from all judgments, beyond personalities or character, any reflective words and actions and etc, to go from the surface to the depths, deeply down towards the essence.

No one can know any truth, the ultimate reality without knowing oneself.

For instance, to dislike someone is to have a closed heart for that part of oneself, which is nothing more than a denial of being as it is. It invariably leads to a distortion somewhere in one’s universe, and instead of facing that self-denial head-on, it also creates the necessity for separation to continue to exist there. Thus, the dual world the mind sees keep existing with supported by visual information.

Not by defining or labeling yourself as anything, not by identifying with someone else whose the mind unilaterally projects (the separated and isolated mind (ego) always needs a place to belong at any cost), or not with mere information or knowledge, but see through the ultimate truth of existence, which is undivided immutable and infinite wholeness of no-self, by being alone.

That is what it means to know thyself. (OM 🙏)
