“Become aware of the foolishness of the mind (ego)”

“BECOME AWARE OF THE FOOLISHNESS OF THE MIND (EGO)”

Don’t try to understand the truth or attain enlightenment.

Surrender that craving.

Become aware of the source of that craving.

Always be aware of your current words and reactions.

Then, let go of everything that is not in line with the essence.

When true surrender without intention and efforts happens (purification, selflessness, egolessness, absence of doer), the truth will inevitably be realized.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Pure question for you is, “How on earth can the mind (ego) that is in a world of relative duality, where non-duality or non-self does not exist and cannot be grasped to begin with, understand the non-duality or non-self of truth?”

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Due to a lack of clarity in the innermost stillness (a lack of profound vision), the mind (ego) always points to truths which actually merely expressed in different words or explained from different angles, foolishly shouting, “This is wrong!” or “The correct answer is __ (I know)!”, keeping arguing over who is wrong and what is right.

Even though the very basis for such arguments is dual (i.e., not truth), the mind (ego) is even unable to realize this fact.

Furthermore, out of the necessity to be “right someone” in order to survive, such the mind (ego) is addicted to finding fault with people and society, but meanwhile, by desperately striving to be someone or get something, it actually keeps looking away from the fundamental “fear of no existence,” and as a result, unconsciously lose the present moment of the opportunity to realize the truth.

This is something that unavoidably happens at all times and among all people because of the ignorance (ignorance is not the lack of knowledge, but the lack of comprehension and awareness through direct grasping) of the unsubstantial mind (ego) which can never know the truth (The Self, non-dual).

In fact, the moment when a person completely surrenders the mind (ego) and becomes aware of (realizes) The Self (the truth), which is non-self is exactly when its awareness transcendently shifts, without intention or efforts, from the self-awareness as the mind (ego) with the illusionary narrow framework of “individual” to a vast, profound, immutable, infinite unknown of non-duality that transcends time and space, where original non-self-awareness belongs. At that point, all room for dualistic arguments, all dualities (self and others, good and evil, etc.) disappear as absolute reality.

Otherwise, it can never be the awareness of the truth.

In that case, it’s nothing more than a lie, a deception, a egoself-intoxication based on a convenient interpretation, illusion of the mind (ego) that’s still the same as before, always desperately seeking the imagined truth.

No matter what qualifications you have, or how many accomplishments you’ve accumulated, and no matter how they seem as real, there is no difference that it all stems from the misperception that the mind (ego) is yourself.

This misperception will never disappear unless you go down to the clarity of innermost stillness to become aware that you are mistaken false as true.

Furthermore, unless you ask simple, profound questions about yourself or your reality, such as “Is that really true?”, your spiritual awakening will never be able to truly deepen.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Stop and abide in the innermost stillness.

Become aware of yourself not through secondhand knowledge acquired from somewhere, someone, and no matter how worldly that knowledge may seem to be reliable, which is, as a matter of fact, just a lie to yourself if you ignore yourself of now, but through the clarity of innermost stillness.

This moment is all we are.

If we wouldn’t become aware of ourselves now, how and when can we ever become aware of the truth (The Self) that is merely obscured by the false perception of the mind (ego)? (OM 🙏)
