“TURN THE SPOTLIGHT ON THE UNCONSCIOUS”
Continuing self-observation with the clarity of innermost stillness will make us aware of our own unconscious words and reactions.
This “becoming aware of the unconscious” is the beginning of turning spotlight on the unconscious.
In other words, the unconscious is brought into awareness for the first time, and then by further inquiring the depths of such the words and reactions, the underlying assumptions, beliefs, or unsublimated emotions become clear, and we will become aware of how much we have been projecting onto nothing up, and how far we have distorted the facts until now.
In this way, reality, which is a projection of the “conscious + unconscious” finally begins to transform through awareness by clarity without effort or intention.
The many awareness we become aware of here naturally lead to the dismantling, sublimation, or surrender of the mind (ego): it finally leads to the surrender of the self-perception that was entangled in the unconscious (ego) we just become aware of (the “I” identified with the mind (ego), and its attachments) at that moment.

The key here is clarity of innermost stillness—a selfless and egoless state undependent on external knowledge, concepts, or ideas, nor on internal intention, effort, or control.
When that clarity allows us to see through the facts (at that moment, we naturally observe and embrace them as they are, without influence of the mind (ego)), further surrender and liberation inevitably occur.
In this way, by letting go of unconscious assumptions, beliefs, or unsublimated emotions one by one, one can eventually be also liberated from ignorance (not knowing the Self).
In other words, the more we let go of what is unnecessary, the more what remains is inevitably what has always been there (the Self, absolute reality). (OM 🙏)
