“Know yourself and embrace yourself”

“KNOW YOURSELF AND EMBRACE YOURSELF”

The deeper one knows ourself through self-observation with pure interest, and the more one embraces ourself as one is, the more one will be able to accept others in the same way.

This “self” includes all illusions that arise from identifying with the mind (ego) due to ignorance of the Self.

And in that way, the moment one embraces oneself as it is, the separation between self and others disappears.

This is because although the mind (ego) defines and categorizes itself as “personal self” variously, out of fear born from the misperception of separation and isolation, and reinforcing the illusion of separation and the misperception of a “personal self,” pure awareness, on the other hand, is unable to distinguish between self and others.

Without this unconditional self-acceptance as a foundation, one will never become aware of the Self.

This is because, while clarity in the innermost stillness is essential to becoming aware of The Self, the same clarity is also necessary to realize oneself as it is and embrace that self.

These two are inextricably linked and inseparable.

Furthermore, The Self (essence) not only includes all possibility—including unbelievable, unforgivable selves, but also the unknown, and moreover, it is as wholeness that is far transcended them. Therefore, to the mind (ego), others who seem to appear separate from oneself are merely embodying various aspects of The Self, manifestations of consciousness as the complete whole itself that is omnipresent in the eternal “moment.”

On the other hand, intentions, efforts, and desires, such as to accept oneself, to be oneself as it is, to realize The Self, or to attain truth will only lead us further lost in the maze with the mind.

However, in this case, since this is a necessary experience for awareness of the meaningless of intention, effort, and desire, and for surrender them, and thus, there is no need to judge, define, or control oneself in any way.

Rather, what is most important is to simply continuously observe oneself with clarity in the innermost stillness. (OM 🙏)
