“RELAX IN STILLNESS”

When one relaxes in the innermost stillness, one will no longer be distracted by thoughts or emotions that simply appear and disappear.

Thoughts may continue to appear and disappear, even after becoming aware of the Self, the truth.

Emotions may also continue to appear and disappear.

One will even cry at times.

However, without attaching conditions to any of thoughts or emotions, without denying them, and without blaming others or society for the thoughts and emotions that appear within oneself, one can simply allow them to appear and disappear within oneself.

There is no need to control thoughts or emotions, and there is no need to fight to remain in stillness.

Every thought or emotion that appears within oneself is merely a projection of habitual patterns and ingrained interpretations from past experiences. One will no longer be trapped or consumed by those stories, accepting them as fact.

Over time, even the volume of these thoughts or emotions will gradually diminish.

Because one no longer needs to prove who one is or be recognized by others, for example, no matter how others treat oneself, one will simply respond calmly, without reaction, with the clarity that comes from being in the innermost stillness.

One will no longer expect anything from others or society to keep one’s calm, nor will one be attached the compulsion that human being has to be controlled in order to realize one’s ideals. One will also no longer be anxious or lament, and there will be no need to compare, analyze, or make any kind of judgment.

At that time, all kinds of ways of being will exist in the world.

No matter how they appear to one’s mind (ego), one will not become emotional or driven by them to interfere with people’s ways.

Instead, because of connection with people on much deeper level than the mind (ego) can imagine, one will even no longer need to pretend to be good or evil, but will simply let them as they are, with a natural compassion, trusting each person’s journey of spiritual awakening.

One no longer needs to strive to be someone, no longer be eager to achieve something, and therefore, no longer burn out emotionally.

There will be no mistakes or failures in that non-duality, only opportunities that arise and disappear.

In this way, when one is with immutable, and immortal consciousness through innermost stillness, one lives the truths that nothing is lacking, that nothing needs to be changed as well, and thereby one simply resides with the fulfillment and happiness of just being.

As a result, one no longer needs the imaginary connection with others nor the illusory sense of security through that connection, that the mind (ego) believed it came by being understood and loved, but in fact, the mind (ego) desperately needed only because of separated perception (illusion).

One will simply observe the various stories unfolding, like clouds passing through the consciousness, and have awe and gratitude for all events and all beings.

Thus, when one simply observes these ever-changing phenomena, impermanence from innermost stillness, the individual self no longer exists anywhere, one will merely savor pure being, which is complete liberation as selflessness and egolessness.

Everything will simply fall into place naturally at its own time, and one will simply be with the flow of natural laws.

With such the perfection of consciousness there is only stillness. (OM 🙏)
