“EMOTIONAL ENERGY”
Emotions are not born from the essence, but from various ideas and values that we unconsciously cultivate during our upbringing.
However, controlling emotions with the intellect, or the mind (ego), whether intentional or unconscious, is just counterproductive, to the natural flow of emotions that just arise and disappear (sublimation).
In the first place, the mind’s (ego’s) attempt to control “nature” and change it into something it expects or idealizes is the very cause of suffering, which is an attachment to the mind’s (ego’s) selfish expectations and ideal ideas, and a refusal to accept the facts as they are.
So, for example, what happens to emotions that are denied or suppressed? The energy is not sublimated, and it has nowhere to go, and thereby it makes the person unavoidably come to be psychologically and mentally attached to the specific event (psychological environment) that triggered that emotion without realizing it.
Next, in order to release (sublimate) the emotions, that has nowhere to go and the attachments that accompany them, the subconscious will repeatedly find (continue to attract) the same psychological environment to various other people and even places until that person faces the facts, lets go of all resistance, and lets things flow naturally.
This is where the person’s spiritual challenge lies.
However, the denial or suppression of these emotions is not always intentional, but is often done unconsciously because the person does not know how to deal with them at the time, or because they are so intense that they cannot be dealt with.
However, even in such cases, the meaning of the spiritual challenge is the same, and the subsequent process will proceed in the same way.
This is the law of nature, the way of The Self to savor itself and exactly at the same time, the pathless road for us to realize The Self.
In this way, dual world and non-dual world are always going on at the same time, regardless of whether we are aware or not.

Emotions simply arise and disappear, and allowing yourself to feel them is essential for deepening one’s depth as a person, abundance, and also spiritual awakening.
It is important for us to simply become aware of the mind (ego) that is consumed by those emotions.
You must realize by yourself that it is your wounded mind (ego) that is consumed by the emotion or attached to the story surrounding the emotion, not the essence.
And once you realize this fact, the next step is that while letting some part of awareness remain in the innermost stillness, allow your body to feel it, and on the other hand, at the same time continue to observe such emotional manifestation as the essence, the observer.
There should be only the mind (ego, i.e. illusion) that is clinging to the emotional roller coaster, and the essence is no longer caught up in the drama, at that time.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
As we deepen spiritual awakening, sometimes we suddenly realize that we are caught up in an emotional drama, even though we have gained some awareness and have spontaneously come fundamental transformations.
Although this seems the same as being involved in an emotional drama as before, it is no longer an unconscious (ego) reaction before becoming aware of, in other words, a state of identification with the mind (ego) and yourself and both are entangled, but rather the essence is awakened enough to be fully aware of the situation (the mind (ego) is detached from the essence, and the ability of the essence to see the essence of things has been cultivated), but there are still some aspects that the body remembers as patterns, and other is that there is still emotional energy that needs to be sublimated, or the mind (ego) that is clinging to the story needs to be dismantled more completely.
However, the more it is repeated (if necessary, self-inquiry, or working with a specialist such as a psychologist to untangle the tangles between emotions, perceptions of things, and events that have occurred), the more energy is gradually released and the situation moves towards an end.
So there is nothing to worry about, and you can just surrender the mind (ego) and desire for control, and concentrate on witnessing their manifestations from the innermost stillness.
These show that the emotional experience had such a profound impact on the “personal self”, and at the same time, that consciousness itself is longing to experience in this lifetime through the “personal self” – that consciousness longs, through such awareness and transformation, that we are deepening spiritual awakening and finding a profound world, the Self.
In that sense, as a matter of course, there is no fault in any life.
There can be no such thing, fault or mistake anywhere in the first place.
Ultimately, the “personal self” is nothing more than an illusion, and everything that seems like an individual experience has never been personal, but in fact, the omnipresent consciousness itself, The impersonal Self, is experiencing (savoring) infinite possibilities through each individual body.
How can there be any fault or mistake there?
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Everything happens as it should.
Fearlessly, always while continously turning your eyes from the innermost stillness towards the essence, the facts, the truth behind phenomena, and at the same time, let thoughts, emotions and so on, which are simply appear and diappear as following the laws of nature, but not getting caught up in them, just let them be as they are.
There is absolutely no need to judge or define yourself, whatever your state, or try to change or give yourself any kind of reward or even punishment. (OM 🙏)
