“COMPREHENSION THE DIFFERENCE WITH THE HEART”

Deepening spiritual awakening and transcending duality are different things.

Transcending duality and abiding The Self (Nirvana) are also different things.

Even though what is called enlightenment and transcending duality are the same thing, but they are temporary and never means that it automatically lead to a state of abiding The Self (immutable).

And unfortunately, conceptual or intellectual understandings of the truth, such as enlightenment or The Self (God), are all self-deception by the mind (ego).

In other words, out of a fear (of death) that is with our awareness as the “personal self”, that we are not yet aware of, our unconscious mind (ego) deceives us as if we have understood something important because it desperately “wants to become” or “wants to be” someone.

This self-deception is something that everyone does unconsciously, whether we are aware of it or not, due to the strong and bottomless fear (of death = nothingness, disappearance of the meaning of existence) that arises from the unconscious identification of the mind (ego) or body with ourselves and the visible information and thoughts of separation and isolation.

And because this deception is linked to personal-self-awareness, it is actually the hardest for anyone to become aware of.

It sometimes appears as a reaction, as a reflexive behavior when a fact is perceived (interpreted) as a denial of the “personal self” or of doing as a doer of the mind (ego).

For example, this reaction may include becoming aggressive towards oneself or others, trying to defeat others by being right, or cutting off relationships.

However, to begin with, there is no truth in deception, a fool made by the mind (ego).

Naturally, there is no universal wisdom there gained through self-observation or self-inquiry in the innermost stillness, and there are only words borrowed from someone somewhere, interpretations or judgments made by the mind (ego), and the mind (ego) simply depends on them as a spiritual and psychological anchor, as rightness.

Therefore, that person by the presence will never be able to heal people’s mental or psychological wounds, therby lighten their hearts, or spontaneously bring to life their inherent energy.

On the other hand, such a place where is full of intellectual, or conceptual, or rightness thing often gives infulences of self-suggestion or collective suggestion (a hysterical state of excitement leading to the belief that something is true) especially for people who are not used to self-observation or self-inquiry in the innermost stillness, that is, for people who are not yet aware of the mind (ego) which is always being driven by fear.

However, all of what may seem like a misunderstanding is purely attracted and experienced as natural law because it is essential for each person’s spiritual awakening, so ultimately there is nothing wrong with it.

Sages are not there to give people any answers.

They exist through their presence (by self-acceptance and attentive awareness of present) as giving people blessings, so to speak, such as to accept people as they are, to give them the opportunity to spontaneously generate the energy they need to continue their spiritual journey of reaching and living the truth, or to provide them with the opportunity to connect much deeper than ever with the innermost stillness.

They will never walk your spiritual awakening journey for you, dramatically evolve your spiritual awakening, or remove your various sufferings and sorrows.

And they will also never give you anything as a “personal self,” on the contrary, they comprehend by the heart that it is not possible.

Yet most people believe as if the personal sage would give them something spiritual, it is actually due to the mind’s (ego’s) interpretation of it.

They simply provide an opportunity to induce you to spontenaously go down much deeper by yourself through pure presence.

Furthermore, because such sages ditectly grasp The Self, which is the omnipresent consciousness, with the hearts, they do not exist only in a specific place, nor do they not give blessings unless people are in that place.

In other words, even if they are thousands or tens of thousands of kilometers apart, or even if many living eras have changed, the blessings of the presence continue to be given.

Therefore, there is no need to lament, “What a tragedy it is that I was not born in the era when that sage was alive.”

This truth of omnipresence is something that anyone can comprehend someday if we walk the journey of spiritual awakening.

Only the heart can comprehand the immeasurable difference between non-dual truth and what the mind perceives in duality, such as the difference between ultimate love and attachment, between helping and caring, between indifference and the limitations of what we can perceive, etc.

It is only the heart that can impersonally realize the fact that attaining spiritual wisdom or enlightenment never makes us superior to anyone else, or it cannot make us compare with others in any way.

It is only in the innermost stillness that one can realize how fool is it to trying to understand the immeasurable unknown with the head, the mind (ego), which can only infer from the known.

In this way, spiritual wisdom, awareness, enlightenment, etc. are all things that far exceed any conceptual or intellectual understanding by the mind (ego).

Is this innermost stillness something that only some special people have?

No, it is always in the innermost part of you.

And this innermost stillness is what people need most to be in the present and to become aware of The Self (to comprehension of God).
