“There is no such thing as a wasted experience.”

“THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A WASTED EXPERIENCE.”

First, to make it clear that this is a description of the general reactions and behavior of the mind (ego), but is never any kind of idea of what is good or bad.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Basically, we begin by recognizing our small self, the “personal I,” and through facing various hardships, we begin to build a connection with spirituality, and eventually we reach a “selfless and egoless” state, which is Oneness that merges with the only one consciousness of the non-dual “Absolute Reality” that goes far beyond the “personal I,” which is transcendence of duality.

In other words, we, as impersonal existence, are purely experiencing a journey of deepening spiritual awakening that goes beyond the physical and temporal flow of the “personal I” or “this lifetime.”

However, during the most difficult times, when a person feels powerless or hopeless as an individual in the face of sadness or suffering and cannot find any hope – when they cannot find even a small ray of light despite their great sadness and suffering – the mind (ego) has tendncy to gain the strength to live by transferring its support to some kind of authority (for example, spiritual power such as religion, mental power such as family or a partner, physical power such as the police or the military, economic power such as money, or intellectual power such as qualifications or titles).

In such cases, their “righteousness” lies within these authorities, so it is simply very difficult to accurately recognize oneself, let alone to purely observe or inquire oneself, to completely leave the mind (ego) and observe things as they are without any judgment, and to learn from them.

Because, due to the unconscious transference by the mind (ego), they identify their own righteousness with the righteousness of authority, and the possibility that there may be some kind of mistake there causes them an immense fear that shakes their very existence.

This has a counter-reactionary effect, and it also creates the basis for a very stubborn belief in “righteousness.”

In this case, the backlash against anything that shakes that “righteousness” will inevitably be strong.

Thus, it becomes very easy to fight to protect ideas that are touted by authority, such as “protecting the country,” “cherishing family (love),” or “being kind to people.”

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

That being said, there is no malice in any of this background.

All that is there is the mind’s (ego’s) earnest desire for love and peace.

How can that be “evil”?

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Some people eventually become aware of the reactions of their mind (ego) and the distortions of the mind of way of being through such experiences, and find a path to deepening spiritual awakening.

Or, some people keep to complain about sadness or suffering through such a way of being in this lifetime.

However, the idea such as “if one keeps to do that until XX years old, it must be ‘evil’” is completely nonsensical.

This is because, in fact, there is no “personal self” that exists somewhere, but rather, through that way of being, only one consciousness is purely experiencing infinite possibilities, and at the same time, such a way of being is merely playing a role in providing opportunities for others to deepen spiritual awakening in various ways.

For example, for those who are truly on the path of spiritual awakening, such people are simply pure beings that play the role of an opportunity to see the truth and The Self (God) that always exists behind it, at a level far beyond the intentions of the mind (ego).

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

The fact is that everything is merely an opportunity to learn about oneself, to work with one’s own spiritual challenge, and all is only opportunity to deepen spiritual awakening.

None of us are born to fix the world, improve ourselves, or save the planet, but instead, our ultimate purpose of life is simply to become aware of our true nature as “The Self.”

Furthermore, no matter what the image reflected in the mind (ego) may be, all existence is always nothing other than a manifestation of The Self (God).

In other words, for comprehension of this fact without any effort, we are called upon to reach a state of egolessness and selflessness – to surrender the mind (ego) and everything that accompanies with it to the unknown and become completely nothing.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Nevertheless, we never become anyone, even by spiritual awakening.

Paradoxically, the deeper spiritual awakening becomes, the more we surrender the mind (ego) superficially, physically and emotionally, and move toward total “egolessness and selflessness,” metaphysical nothing.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

There are no wasted experiences.

Whatever experience you have, only you can make use of it for deepening spiritual awakening.

Only you can find the “light” there, and only you have the responsibility to find it within your experiences as precious present from The Self, God.

So cherish each and every one of your experiences.

It may not be visible now, but it is there that the “next door” for a more profound awakening is hidden.

And as a matter of fact, spiritual awakening can be deepened over and over again, even by going through the same door, and that is true path for ascending spiral stairs to The Self, God. (OM 🙏)
