“A PLACE FREE FROM LONELINESS.”
Many people fear loneliness.
Ultimately, this fear of loneliness is connected to the fear of death.
It means, for them, that personal existence ceases to exist and the return to nothingness, which is also equal meaning that existence itself becomes meaningless.
Therefore, not only people avoid loneliness, but they will also avoid being rejected or disapproved by others. And moreover, they will even seek temporary relief by being right or being the same as, or even better person than, the rest, thereby avoiding facing their own fears.
However, these patterns of thoughts, feelings, or emotions, and actions arise precisely because we mistakenly believe ourselves as personal existence through visual information, and identifing with the mind (ego) or the body.

If you can go deeper and deeper within yourself inwardly beyond fear of loneliness, and find complete silence, innermost stillness, for the first time you will be able to observe yourself as you are, without any judgment or categorization.
There, there is no comparison, no judgment such as good or evil, and no definition of any kind of oneself. Yet, one will come to become aware of oneself as it is, which one has never thought before, only in that stillness where the mind (ego) of the “personal self” completely disappears.
There, despite there being no linguistic instructions from some transcendent, separate entity called a religious “God,” as commonly believed, we will directly and undoubtedly come to grasp what we should really do.
It is neither oppressive nor admonishing, nor is it ever the “personal self” thinking about what is spiritually appropriate, or striving to derive the optimal answer.
Yet, it is precisely the path of the essence, and we grasp it through the heart directly with natural.
Eventually, by becoming aware of facts about ourselves as they are there, our words and actions will spontaneously transform into something aligned with the essence.
We will no longer be swayed by thoughts or emotions, and even the turmoil that arises inward, the drama the mind (ego) creates, will become merely an object to be observed, which is also no longer attached to the “personal self.”
We will no longer argue with others, spending more time in stillness within, no longer obsessed to achieve something or perform spiritual actions as “persomal self,” and even the desire for enlightenment that we once desperately demanded when being anxious due to separeteness and isolateness will fade away.
Simply by being present in the moment, one will become more patient with oneself and others, and be able to accept everything as it is.
Because, simply one comes to comprehend that “the present moment” is all that matters.

There, even though you are all alone with the stillness, not only will you feel completely free from loneliness, but you will feel calm, and filled with the joy of being, as well, and moreover, you will come to comprehend that this stillness is the place where the impersonal self truly belongs as The Self, as absolute reality at the non-dual, without the individual (mind, ego).
In this way, being with the silence, the innermost stillness, will eventually become the most natural thing.
The calm and peace there are so unshakable and secure that nothing else can replace them. And furthermore, as consciousness itself, you will eventually become aware that this is the place where an ultimate love, that is incredibly deep and boundless and is not limited to any particular object, that cannot be compared to any attachment by the “personal self,” and a true heart of compassion that is far surpassed any good deeds performed by the mind (ego), also flows abundantly.
Indeed, it is the true nature of The Self. (OM 🙏)
