“TRUST, FAITH. AND HELPING.”
If you believe that things like “how many good deeds you have done” or “how sincere he or she has been to you” are important, that correctness and gender roles should take precedence, or that individual relationship as a doer is more important than anything else, then that’s the most necessary for you right now, so cherish them and continue to observe yourself in every moment, without any judgement.
However, if you are to look beyond the clashes and comparisons between minds (egos), beyond the judgments based on various values as well, and face with yourself as beyond individual and much more profound existence, you will have to first and foremost learn to leave those alone whom your mind (ego) unilaterally see as pitiful or in need of help.
In other words, let Higher Self, which is omnipresent consciousness, take care of them.
This “leaving them alone” or “letting Higher Self take care of them” does not mean belittling their suffering, nor does it mean that we deny their existence or, more badly, excluding them from our lives.
On the contrary, it means taking sincerely the hardships they may be experiencing, and yet trusting the essence as Higher Self far beyond individual as much as trusting in the guidance of Higher Self for ourselves, and furthermore, deepening our own faith in it.
In fact, this “leaving them alone” or “letting Higher Self take care of them” is nothing but the most difficult, yet most spiritually sublime and purest act of “helping others.”
Because such judgments and reactions based on unilateral mind’s (ego’s) interpretation are the spiritual challenge that one should face, and to leave people alone, that is, to let Higher Self take care of them and sincerely tackle such one’s own spiritual challenges means, in fact, a sincere and humble acknowledgment of the fact that as for any person is actually in the midst of experiences that the mind (ego) cannot even imagine, and that can never be judged based on personal values or unilateral interpretations as knowing nothing.
In fact, the spiritual practice of leaving each person alone, of letting Higher Self take care of each person will definitely be able to bring us to a deeper connection with Higher Self for our own, and at the same time, give us the opportunity for much deeper self-inquiry and self-observation as well.
In this way, by valuing simply “beingness” more than “doingness” something superficial and tangible, “way of beingness” itself will after all go far beyond what the mind (ego) can imagine, and be able to become a help on an essential, spiritual level of selflessness, without any conditions or judgments for anyone.
In other words, the spiritual interactions that are always present with others will paradoxically have the most profound spiritual level of effect by actually detaching awareness from the mind (ego) as a doer, that is, by being awakened awareness as the essence, without any intention of the mind (ego).

Therefore, for example, if you think you are leaving people alone or letting Higher Self take care of them, but your connection with Higher Self does not actually strengthen, or your self-observation and self-inquiry do not deepen, then, it means most likely because you have fallen into mere doership, that is, deception by the mind (ego).
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Always be highly alert with fully awakened awareness, and abide in the innermost stillness where is no distinction or judgement.
That awareness is the essence, The Self, Ultimate Love, The Only One Omnipresent Consciousness. (OM 🙏)
