“THE WORLD, TOO, WILL BECOME CALMER.”
The more one’s inner self becomes quiet and more relaxed in the “now,” the more one can observe oneself and the essence of things as they are, and moreover, the more one will gain universal wisdom, and the more one will also become liberated from one’s own reactions.
Furthermore, through acknowledging and fully accepting oneself as one is (i.e., unconditionally forgiving and loving oneself by surrendering one’s mind (ego), including various values and beliefs such as “how people should be”), one will inevitably become more deeply connected to the world as a person for the first time. At the same time, one will be able to emphasize other people from the heart, for example, even those who may be seen to the mind (ego ) as “evil,” in the same way through the compassion that arises naturally due to surrendering the mind (ego), and complains such as various forms of criticism and blame that appear through the judgment of the mind (ego) of “right or wrong”, will also in proportion to disappear.
In this way, one will become able to discover a world that one would never know if one were merely playing the role of a superficial good person (mere doership as a doer by the mind (ego)).
Thus, the more one actually clears spiritual challenges one by one, the more paradoxically truths become manifest, and the deeper one’s spiritual awakening will naturally become as well.
In other words, instead of being caught up anything by the mind (ego), such as in seeking enlightenment, trying become someone, or trying to change the world, it is actually the most fundamental, functional, and shortest way of enlightenment by being with one’s “now” self.
On the contrary, the more one seeks enlightenment or tries to change the world, the more the spiritual challenges that should have been cleared are shelved due to the deception of the mind (ego), which can only satisfy itself superficially, and not only far from deepening spiritual awakening, but one will be in the end, left without ever directly grasping The Self, and even definitely carry the spiritual challenges to the next life or the next next as karma, endlessly as well.
Looking at it from another angle, the path will be able to be opened for anyone, by stopping as often as many times necessary to ask, in the innermost stillness for self-observation and self-inquiry, and clarifying (not analyzing) the root of each of our own words and actions, such as asking “Who is it that is seeking enlightenment?”
Because it is only in that complete stillness that everyone can connect with the impersonal Higher Self and naturally walks the path to God as following its guidance. (OM 🙏)
