“THE UNCONSCIOUSNESS, AS THE EGO.”
The unconscious is the ego, a ghost that remains trapped in the past, of which we are not yet aware of.
While we are physically awake but unaware of our own unconsciousness, in other words while the awareness is asleep, we unconsciously project memories of past events, which are experiences distorted by the mind’s (ego’s) interpretations, onto every phenomenon, and we repeat reflexive reactions that have never changed since the past.
This reflexive response is, so to speak, a reckless attempt to rewrite an unacknowledged past experience, or other times, an endless re-experiencing of the past.
However, whether it is the past, present, or future, we can never change any event that occurs (although the mind (ego) desperately tries to change it as if it could).
Nevertheless, instead of letting the ghosts of the past, memories (memory is an endless replay function of the interpretation of experiences, and is different from the facts at all) take over the “now,” we can change the experience itself by changing our own interpretation of the past experience, facing the spiritual challenges hidden in the experience by sincerely and gratefully accepting them as the opportunity to complete them, fundamentally changing the quality of the experience (if we have sufficiently been detached ourselves from the mind (ego), we are simply there as an observer, not an experiencer), or etc., no matter when it is.
This is because no matter how much we project the past or dream of the future, we cannot be in the past or the future, but always only in this moment, “now,” and moreover, the past is not in a time that has passed, but is only in our own illusion where we are projecting distorted memories, in the present.
Note: The fact that this “time” is merely a concept will become clear to anyone at the moment of actual transcendence of duality, so if you find difficult to understand it now, leave it as unknown. This is very important atitide for being in the present.

Therefore, if we can become aware of this unconsciousness of our own, then at that moment, it is no longer unconscious, and we are there as the consciousness observing that unconsciousness.
At that moment, the ego entirely loses its power to control our lives.
At the time, re-grasp and comprehend firmly that The Self as the observer is the true form, and that the ego that always acts reflexively is precisely a mere ego (illusion), which is only a tool for us to realize The Self, and is never us at all.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Every moment is an opportunity to just be as the essence, as The Self.
Or, every moment is for a true awakening spiritually as The Self.
Without exception, not even for a moment. (OM 🙏)
