“RATHER…”

Rather than satisfying any desire of the mind (ego), such as desire for knowledge, justice, or success, choose the path to God for the essence, sincerely, humbly, and thoroughly.

There is nothing else but the only one consciousness here.

It will give us the quiet and profound joy of encountering something unknown, which is the impersonal Self, far beyond the mind (ego), will naturally evoke awe due to shaking core of being, and thereby, it will make us remain in true humility with surrendered the mind (ego) completely.

Furthermore, it will also make us realize that we can’t become anybody (we were only unaware, but have always been that very existence, the Self), therefore, that we didn’t have to do anything and there was never any mistake or failure, so being present is all there is, and that we have always been being led to this point of self-realization, enlightenment, encountering the Unknown as the only one consciousness.

It actually means that we will finally realize that we ourselves have been creating it all to get to that point, that we ourselves have been choosing to do all of it.

So, if we, with a deep trust in the guidance of the Unknown, which we gain through non-judgmental self-observation in innermost stillness, and pious faith in the Unknown (Higher Self) itself, truly sincerely continue to choose the path to God no matter what, we will become in a quiet unconditional love and peace so ‘present’ that a gentle smile may naturally appear on our face.
