“Become aware.”

“Become aware.”

“BECOME AWARE.”

Question everything you think you “know”.

It can be about spiritual matters, about the body, about medical matters, about relationships, about society, about the universe, or about anything else.

Next, look at the fact just as they are, that things we think we already know have been corrected many times in human history, and that our perception of things naturally changes as we mature as human beings.

Then, next, why do you think you “already know” it? Clarify the basis for this.

The mind (ego) has no non-conceptual faith based on unshakability, which is the only one consciousness itself, the essence that is connected to everything, the absolute reality, and due to the separated and isolated instability of the optical illusion, in any cases, it tends to assume anything as the correct answer which is with large number, or by the approval from a person who is recognized by many people, and so on, and it unknowingly avoid the uncomfortableness of the fact that there is no such thing as the correct anywhere.

Furthermore, it is also very easy to fall into the illusion that the most significant thing is to arrive at what is thought to be the correct answer as soon as possible.

The mind (ego) then tries to convince itself of some idea or concept by applying it to even metaphysical, spiritual matters that it cannot see and cannot confirm with visual information.

For instance, a mere phenomenon that has no meaning, “This must be a proof of XXX.” Once we start doing this, it becomes extremely difficult with the mind (ego) to recognize the fact as it is, by brain function, even when the next evidence appears that contradicts it.

And in fact, the mind does this in its illusory reality all the time, and is even totally unaware of it.

Therefore, the mind (ego) in the end, unconsciously comes to deny a fact.

It means that no one can fully comprehend what we should pay attention to and what we should avoid unless we also comprehend the brain functions, or how consciousness work in which the mind (ego) operates.

Therefore, it is necessary to clarify our current “foundation” of existence and its structure one by one, in order to clarify them.

“On what do I derive my security?” “Why do I feel uneasy without it?” We must verify such things.

In doing so, we are forced to dismantle the very foundation of our own existence that we have been unconsciously building up, and then reassemble it in a non-conceptual way, however, in fact, what is most necessary for deepening spiritual awakening.

We need to carefully examine our way of being, the way we perceive things, the way we view the world, the way we deal with it, and everything else, one by one, and then we need to become aware of our mind’s (ego’s) resistance to the fact that are there, as the contradictions, deceptions, denials, tendency to seek shortcuts, and so on.

As a matter of fact, if we do not become aware of these facts, we will never be able to actually walk the spiritual path.

Because it is that awareness that actually leads us to the profundity of truth.

Moreover, because in order to come to that awareness, we will unintentionally be able to connect most deeply with innermost stillness.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

The non-duality of Truth can not be restricted into any frame of mind (ego’s assumption or imagine).

It exists far beyond all of them.

In other words, it is entirely beyond the world that the mind (ego) can understand.

It means, any understanding, interpretation, or particular way to get there that the mind (ego) can think is all an illusion.

Carefully contemplate the following points:

How can we say that understanding we have, when the separated mind (ego) itself is an illusion, and yet while we are not aware of ourselves being in that illusion, is “not an illusion”?

Isn’t it only because we are in that illusion that we just believe it is “not an illusion”? (OM 🙏)
