“MIND (EGO) AND ESSENCE. AND ALL THAT.”

Mind (ego) always,

“I know that!”
“Correctly, it’s ‪XXX.”
“Mr. X said ‪_.”
“No, he’s wrong.”
“I’ve already done that.”
“I’ve been doing it for years.”
“People should be like this.”

And so on and so forth.

And yet, everything is so chaotic that the mind (ego) can’t even touch the essence of a single person.

Everything is empty, transient, and will definitely disappear soon.

And it always shudders at the fear of disappearing deep down inside as if it even won’t remain in people’s memories.

On the other hand, the deeper one’s spiritual awakening actually deepens and the more one is just being simply as consciousness itself, the less basically one speaks, the less one expresses any one-sided opinion or thoughts, with respect for the unknown even when many people are exchanging opinions, and the more one becomes quiet and inconspicuous.

And yet, they do not harbor any conflicting emotions about anything, and they remain calm inside and out, as melting with everything else as one.

Thus, even though they do not act in any particular way, they somehow have a strong presence and leave a powerful impression deep within the hearts of people.

Spiritual awakening or enlightenment is actually very simple.

There is nothing superfluous.

There is no mind’s intention to get enlightened, no desperate desire to escape suffering, no doership of the mind, nothing.

Nothing is done.

It does not try to abandon anything, nor does it try to gain anything.

It is just there, quietly, within, as consciousness itself, all the time.

That is the essence.

Therefore, the more one becomes enlightened, the more one transcends the individual realm of mind, and the more pure one is as the ultimate reality itself, the quieter one inevitably becomes.

There is even no longer any attempt to teach or tell anything.

Because one purely comes to comprehend that everything is always perfect, so much so that one does not need to prove anything, become somebody, or need anything for anything, in order to impress upon one’s existence.

Furthermore, because one also comes to comprehend that all existence is a manifestation of Divinity (the omnipresence of God), that everyone is oneself, and as the only one ultimate reality with no separation, that death is forever a mere illusion, no such thing to be found in nowhere of the “now” moment, with no passing of time.

All of us know the noisiness of the mind (ego), and because of its uncontrollability, we are troubled, sometimes suffer, sometimes blame ourselves but then suddenly start blaming others, whom seems separated from ourselves by our own illusory reality, or struggle to correct other people.

However, sooner or later, eventually, one day, any of us will entirely wake up as if suddenly recovering the senses of essence, and realize that the simplest path back to the essence has always been within.

Yes, it has always been there, even if we do nothing about it.

None of us, even for a single moment, can ever be anything other than essence (consciousness itself, ultimate love).

So stop any effort to awaken spiritually or anything else, and just be in the present moment of now.

And give top priority to continue to pay attention to yourself of the now.

Because the time will surely come when you will find the light within there.

Don’t be hostile to, or dislike the ego.

Not only do we not need to conquer the ego, but on the contrary, the more we do so, the more unknowingly we keep to supply it with the energy it needs to exist as an entity.

Paradoxically, as a matter of fact, we identify it as an entity once by recognizing its existence in our society of reality, and thereby simultaneously, we inevitably create an opportunity for ourselves to even become aware that it is only an illusion and find the ultimate reality within, as well.

We are all creator of our own illusory reality by the mind, and can never be the victim in any ways and in any given time at all.

In fact, impersonally, we are always the only one omnipresent consciousness itself.
