“THE SCALES FALL FROM YOUR EYES.”

The mind (ego) stubbornly keeps to insist, “This is who I am,” and “XXX (society, people, or itself) is the problem and must be solved,” but our subject, our existence, is not the mind, body, emotions, thoughts, or anything else.

Therefore, it is not that the mind (ego) with efforts awakens spiritually.

Rather, spiritual awakening is what the scales (mind, ego’s projections, interpretations, assumptions, beliefs, etc.) fall from our eyes, that is, the clouds in our eyes that had previously blinded us to realize the One Reality, the Absolute Reality, and Ultimate Love, including the existence itself, is removed. And thereby, the eyes of the subject, the existence (Absolute Reality, One and Only Consciousness) becoming able to see the truth, one realizes for the first time, that the idea that is the beginning, the mind (ego) is oneself was totally misidentification, and that there was also no such thing as the individual I anywhere.

At that point, there is no longer the individual mind (ego), but only the “I” as the existence, the consciousness itself.

So when we say that “The scales fall from my eyes,” “my” is not the I of the individual mind, but the I of impersonal consciousness itself, “I am that I am.”

As can be seen in example above, the expressions found in various spiritual teachings throughout human history, religious or non-religious, are always, a mixture of the words of those who are in non-duality and those who haven’t even touched yet non-duality and are in a dualistic worldview. And furthermore, it is never that only one of them is right and all the others are wrong, but it only changes in various ways due to what one can read depends on how much the reader is trapped in relative duality, that is, how deeply connected one is with the innermost stillness and detached from the mind, ego.

Whether what is written is dual or non-dual, there is actually no problem there at all, how degree one can listen to the essence and hear the voice of consciousness itself beyond the stillness is always in the hands of each.

As a matter of fact, in every situation, we are always interactively influenced each, while one is misidentified with the stubbornness of the mind (ego), which believes that the mind (ego) is the self, even though the subject, the existence is actually consciousness itself, and only keeping to search here and there without realizing it.

However, eventually, time will come that the scales finally fall from its eyes, and the essence will finally find the Self, and in fact, it is just the game of discovering oneself as the immutable Absolute Reality, and always, is created and played by the consciousness itself as the Absolute Reality, and all of it is always the ultimate love.

In other words, there is nothing wrong with none of misidentification by the mind (ego), even as assumption or belief, or even projection or interpretation at all.

Rather, without that misidentification, this very advanced and profound game by the consciousness itself could not begin.

In the Absolute Reality (You), which is non-dual, there is no life or death, no past, no future, no nothing.

You are eternally present as the only one consciousness, just now, at this very moment. (OM 🙏)
