“PURE HAPPINESS AND JOY”
Any happy feeling or pleasure that someone or something gives us is transient and sooner or later will eventually disappear.
We who need them, within identification ourselves with minds and egos other than essence, and motivated by the fear of loss which is derived from the deep-seated sense of lack, become attached to what we got and easily feel repulsion against what we consider as a bar to happy feeling or pleasure.
And yet, they will never become transformed into permanent happiness or joy, however we try.
In the end, all these transitory things are merely a distraction all of us need to take our eyes off from the mind or ego, illusory selves which we consider inadequate, as we ourselves are unknowingly separated from essence.
In other words, everything the mind is attached is always transient and will eventually disappear, and each time we will be left in the middle of the blank, and after all, the pattern will continue forever and ever until we return to the essence.

On the other hand, the happiness and joy of just beingness is eternal and immutable.
It is not the mind which is an illusory self that has to compare itself with something, or judge whether it is done properly or not, but something certain we can savor even without doing anything else by alignment with the essence.
By simply being in the stillness deep within, we come to tune in the dynamism of the timeless “now” moment, and it is when we become completely detached from the mind (ego) and simply there as consciousness itself, with no need anything from outside.
This complete freedom, pure happiness, and joy of beingness can never be savored anywhere else.
This immutable eternity is the absolute reality, the true form of consciousness itself. (OM 🙏)
