“BE TRUE TO ONESELF.”
Through self-observation and self-inquiry, once we become aware of how we have been twisting and interpreting phenomena due to beliefs that we had been holding on to without realizing it, and we can comprehend and unconditionally accept the reason for the ego’s existence (i.e., if we ourselves become aware of our unconscious ego as the fact and can liberate ourselves from that unconsciousness), we will be able to have the same deep compassion for the unconscious egos of those who appear before us, and we will unconditionally be able to allow them to be as they are.
Because when we have unconditionally accepted our unconscious ego, we have liberated ourselves from its captivity of that ego, and thereby we can be no longer disturbed even when we encounter such people.
If, on the contrary, this is not the case, then there is a distortion somewhere in the flow of liberation, for instance, it means that unconditional acceptance is not really taking place, or we may fall into some ego trap and lie ourselves to be something we are not, and so on.
Thus, Compassion is not something we “pretend” because it is good to show it, but something that comes spontaneously from within and is offered unconditionally.

None of the spiritual teachings are mere logic.
Therefore, whatever spiritual teachings are, simply taking them in as knowledge does not deepen actual spiritual awakening. In other words, no liberation from any captivity of the unconscious can actually occur within us by logical knowledge alone.
In other words, it is essential that we ourselves acknowledge our unconscious ego and liberate ourselves from it by unconditionally accepting it, and so on, so that each of the spiritual teachings become true to ourselves, an actual practice, without any intention of the mind or striving, in order to deepen our spiritual awakening.
Otherwise, no one will be able to do more than mere “pretending.”

Many people try to avoid making mistakes, but if we do one of the ego traps, even doership, for instance, wholeheartedly and thoroughly, it will eventually lead us to the inevitable “dead end” and be able to become an opportunity for natural self-inquiry to begin for spiritual awakening.
In brief, there is no such thing as a “mistake” anywhere except in the illusion of the mind.
On the contrary, the desire to avoid or correct what it considers as “wrong” is a manifestation of hidden beliefs of the unconscious ego, and in other words, we are then trapped under the spell of the unconscious ego.
And in fact, it is only for this reason, that the unconscious ego is there, to make us aware of these facts and to liberate us from our identification with something else other than the self, trapped in the separation of the individual.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
All of this is why we are told to be true to ourselves for spirituality, to be authentic at all times, without pretending to be something we are not. (OM 🙏)
