“STOP THINKING.”
Many of us try to find answers by thinking, but the answers we come up with through thinking are interpretations based on what is already known, which is one-sided and also flat without depth, and it eventually keeps us within known forever and ever.
This means that thinking will never lead us to enlightenment, transcendence from the dual world to the unknown non-dual world, oneness, or encountering God, so to speak.
On the other hand, the insights and flash of inspirations that come from unprecedented perspectives and breadth of vision are always sublime, coming from beyond the realm of the mind (ego), from observing the facts as they really are. Such the insight and flash of inspiration are conveyed to us as direct images, without any verbal form. This observation from beyond the realm of the mind (ego) is like watching a silent recorded video, but it is very multifaceted and profound because it also allows us to observe from various angles – from the perspectives of the various people involved as well.
And yet, there is nothing critical or negative, calculated or maneuvered.
On the other hand, if there is such an addition, it is a sign of thinking without going beyond the realm of the mind (ego).
This is a completely different kind of way from thinking to get answers, and as we are completely detached from the mind (ego) then, we are not influenced by unconscious self-deception, and it is easier for us to see though the essence of things.
This kind of insight and flash of inspiration is available to anyone only when we are in the innermost stillness. Therefore, all enlightened people who deliver thought-provoking spiritual teachings or artists who utilize flash of inspiration make the most of their connection with innermost stillness, so to speak.
Not only do we gain insight and flash of inspiration from being in this innermost stillness, but our faith in the unknown is also proportional to the degree of our connection to the unshakable presence (essence, God, consciousness), and as this deepens, our foundation inevitably become more solid and surrendering the mind (ego) becomes even easier.
It is as if we spread thick roots to an immutable presence, and yet never separate, we are in a state of one with God.
Thus, the benefits of stopping to think and being with innermost stillness are manifold, but its most significant function is to subtly give us the courage to live centered on the longings of the heart.

We spend so much time “thinking,” including unconscious self-talk. Furthermore, thereby it keeps us unknowingly influenced by the sorrows of the past and the fears and anxieties of the future.
In other words, consciously, whoever we are creates the habit of leaving this mind’s (ego’s) noise (i.e., thinking) and placing ourselves in the innermost stillness, can ascend ourselves to a higher level in life, deepen spiritual awakening, step by step, but steadily. (OM 🙏)
