“FOLLOW YOUR HEART’S VOICE.”
We are not here to live longer, to live right, to become better than others, or to leave a proof of personal existence, but to savor the present moment.
To “savor” does not mean to fulfill the desires of the ego, but to deeply realize each and every part of the world from the heart.
It is following the voice of the heart that makes this possible, however often we don’t know what it will mean for us, we are not sure whether it will lead to something significant for ourselves, and etc.
Nevertheless, if the heart longs for something, we should not ignore it, but we should be courageous enough to engage with it.
Because the things the heart longs for makes us naturally and unknowingly leave our minds and we can purely be absorbed in that world. Not only does this result in living in the present moment, it also leads to a sense of being present and of aliveness, and even if we don’t know what it leads to, or even if it doesn’t seem to lead to anything meaningful, we can fully be filled with a sense of contentment in our hearts.
Moreover, it is in these moments that we often have the deep awareness. This is because when we are absorbed in something, we become in a state of selflessness and completely stillness in the mind, and thereby we can easily have access to universal wisdom. So, of course, it also strengthens our connection to the innermost stillness.
This is precisely what it means to be guided by the heart toward the unknown, and it inevitably leads us to more profound realm.

If you have not ever been following the voice of the heart, it can be very scary and difficult to follow the voice of the heart which has no guarantees, that is countless when following the mind.
Furthermore, even if we are brave enough to start following the voice of the heart, we may still feel the urge to quit because of rational thinking, or we may encounter criticism, etc., from others who are embodied that negative thinking that has sprouted within us. Of course, it’s so easy for any of us to use such negativity as excuse to stop.
Because the things that are longed for by our hearts are often that not only cannot be explained by reason, but sometimes that no one else seems to have done, and actually excuses are completely out of place. Therefore, when things seem to go wrong on the surface, the only thing that can support us is to trust that we are being guided by the voice of the heart, that the Higher Self which is far beyond the mind (ego).
This is that the test of how much we can believe in something far beyond the mind (ego).
In other words, if we have no courage to follow the path that only we can take when we are swayed by the voice of the mind that makes us want to stop following the voice of the heart, it will become much more difficult for any of us to trust the voice of the heart more let alone, and to trust something beyond the mind (ego) continues to guide us on the path of certainty.
Thus, everything is always in our own hands.
So even if we mishear between the voice of the mind (ego) and the voice of the heart, or even if once we give up, remember that “now” is always a fresh and that we can make different choices.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
Everything happens as it is meant to happen.
If it is necessary to raise us much higher, it will happen (by happen means not a phenomenon, but an event that we internally perceive).
There is no need to judge it as right or wrong.
Even if it were wrong, for instance, what it matters if everything happens for ourselves?
It is always the “now” that each of us savors.
࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓
If you have been guided by the voice of the mind (ego), but having not been able to savor pure happiness and not been fulfilled your heart without any conditions in the present moment, then start and continue to follow the voice of the heart, no matter how scared you are, no matter how many times you feel like quitting, and no matter how seemingly insignificant they may be.
