“LISTEN TO THE STILLNESS.”

Don’t think about it. While thinking, you will not understand anything important.

First and foremost, find the complete stillness within.

Then, do not think, but just listen to the stillness carefully.

Learn to just observe yourself there. Just observe everything about you: the thoughts that come and go, the emotions, the subtle changes in your body parts, the ego’s tendency of immediate reactions.

Once you have seen this, then uncover yourself one by one, through quiet observation, what are the underlying thoughts that support that emotion, what is further behind that thought, and all of that that makes up who you are now.

There is no need to judge at the time at all.

As long as you keep to recognize me (people) as others, you will never know me (truth).

There is no “I” here or anywhere else, no “mine” or anything.

This is not “my own” experience, “my” intention, “my” insight, “my” opinion, “my” thoughts, or “my” words, or whatsoever; nothing is “my own.”

On the other hand, if you dive towards the innermost of yourself to the utmost, then you will eventually meet me (God) there.

Only then will you comprehend the Truth with heart.

It doesn’t matter if you are a good person or an evil person.

It doesn’t even matter how spiritually awakened you are.

It is always the mind that judges, but the consciousness itself never judge at all, but always only observes everything.

This consciousness, awareness of just observing everything is who we really are.

We are one God and one consciousness.

It is not to say that we each have the same thing within us. I whom you recognize am totally you, and everything is exactly yourself.

What you find in me is exactly what you see in yourself, and the actions that accompany it are merely what you are doing towards yourself. Whether it is praise or denial or whatsoever else, there is no one else present anywhere at all.

The truth is as such, and the truth cannot exist in the dual world that separates self and others.
