“SURRENDER THE ‘I’ or ‘Me’.”

The “I” or “Me” is in the mind, the illusory false-self, in brief, the ego.

Go within so deep and high at the same time that they disappear completely, into the innermost of oneself.

In the innermost stillness, there is no “I” or “Me” of any kind. In other words, the intrinsic stillness is where the mind’s workings cannot reach.

It is the entrance, which cannot be reached by concepts or mere interpretation of words by the mind, to Oneness, where everything melts together and becomes one. This Oneness, which the mind can never understand but only the heart knows, is the Ultimate Love, and when one becomes one with it, at last one is truly free from all need and truly comprehend formless true Self, essence with its heart for the first time.

Conversely, where there is “I” or “Me,” there is no ultimate love, and one cannot even reach its entrance.

This is because the mind with “I” or “Me” can only understand the known and has no way to grasp the unknown.

On the other hand, anyone by continuing to open one’s heart can reach the Ultimate Love, the Consciousness itself that is beyond the intrinsic stillness, and savor the non-dual world, the truth, which transcends far from any verbal expression.

Accomplish nothing, intend nothing, expect nothing, just be present in the now.

Be awareness all the time.

Beyond the fear that everything will disappear, surrender the I’s or Me’s of the ego completely, and continue to remain in the state of being-timeless-now, with no past or future. (OM 🙏)
