“Put oneself under awareness, be aware of one’s inner movements.”

“PUT ONESELF UNDER AWARENESS, BE AWARE OF ONE’S INNER MOVEMENTS.”

The true self, the essence, is not something within any experience that being able to personally do something, and it can also never be comprehended, no matter how much knowledge and information we gather.

Because, the true self, this only reality, is literally far beyond verbal description.

Therefore, to comprehend it means to deepen one’s spiritual awakening, namely, something that can never be reached unless each individual inquiry it on one’s own.

Be alone.

Just learn to be still.

No matter what thoughts, emotions, physical pains, etc. appear, stop reacting, resisting, or judging any of them, and be in the stillness of just aware. For instance, don’t strive to stop the thoughts from coming to appear.

And then do not think anything with the mind, but inquiring the depths of oneself with pure observation without any judgment.

A visual representation of self-inquiry, it is digging into the ground ( =one’s unconsciousness), finding and exposing to the light of day the various things buried underground (beliefs, projections, interpretations, and other illusions of the mind), and in that way, releasing oneself one by one from one’s unconsciousness by revealing, putting one’s unconsciousness under awareness.

For instance, when you are alone and you are feeling “scared,” go underneath that emotion (digging) to clarify what is the source of that “scared” emotion. There, before that “scared” arises, you may find that you have an idea, such as “I don’t know what to do if I encounter something I can’t handle on my own.” Then, next is to go even under the idea, into the more depths of yourself to clarify where the idea came from (digging even deeper).

In this way, one slowly and carefully inquires into a depth of oneself, until where one can now dig to. It’s just inward, never an observation towards other people or outward.

And it is important to not do this self-inquiry with effort, but to continue from the pure joy of finding “treasures” buried in the ground.

This “treasure” means that through self-inquiry, we can find the “unnecessary as unnecessary,” and by finding it, we can let go of it. In other words, it means that we can free awareness from the unconsciousness (ego). Furthermore, this is included actually moving toward the divine self (one and only consciousness).

Especially, during this self-inquiry, pay particular attention to what you usually do it casually.

Because “casually” means not being aware of it = unconscious.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Every attempt to change the outside, whether it takes a positive or negative form, is actually a resistance to reality as it is by the mind (ego) based on the mind’s (ego’s) illusions (beliefs, projections, interpretations, etc.) and a rejection of the acceptance of fact.

Because reality (ultimate reality, the truth) is that there is merely the only one Consciousness that all connected. Just only ultimate love is.

Therefore, everything that appears before our eyes is nothing but a manifestation of our own inner world, which is why one needs to inquire oneself about the unconsciousness, the mind (ego), and there is no need to judge such as “good or bad” at all.

The important thing is always to put oneself under awareness, to be aware of one’s inner movements. (OM 🙏)
