“ESSENCE AND EGO.”

Essence is pure and innocent.

And yet, it is always wise because its stillness allows it to access the authentic wisdom of the universe.

Its center is never blurred, and it can heal those it touches through its unconditional love.

This essence never disappears from you. It is within you even when your body and awareness are asleep.

This essence is the only truth.

On the other hand, the ego (unconscious), which you are unnoticed is stubborn.

Your ego is busy making comparisons with value judgments, good or bad, and it is also always frightened of something. Therefore, its center is always not determined.
Moreover, it keeps judging about value not only itself but also others and society by its stubbornness, and constantly competes to be better which is illusion.

This ego tosses about you by its unconscious, even when your body is awake.

Although the world this ego sees is completely illusion and all reactions of the unconscious ego are based on the projection of past or interpretation, but this means that your awareness at that moment is asleep.

When your awareness is asleep in that way, even though the Consciousness itself is constantly observing everything, so your unnoticed ego (unconsciousness) becomes dominant on your life, and this can even create more illusions.

In fact, this state of being, appears even after a mystical experience, such as oneness, for instance, on the other hand, the mind (ego) always fantasies that such an experience is the end of something.

Therefore, when you can accept this fact as it is, can your awareness finally begin to move into much deeper awakening, an awakened state that is always with the essence (the Consciousness itself).

No matter how the ego (unconscious) tosses about you, if you continue to choose to be with the innermost stillness rather than battle with it, there will always come a time to come out of that state.

Whenever you leave any judgment of the mind (ego) and surrender your powerlessness, and so on, to the unknown, to the greater, a path toward even deeper profundity can always be opened up before you.

This profundity has no end.

And because there is no end, there is also abundance in it.
