“NON JUDGMENTAL”

No matter when, where, to whom, and what happens, there is never any problem with the events that occur, and there is no good or bad in them.

It is always only the mind (ego), the illusory self, that wants to find good or evil in it.

But in fact, everything is, by deepening comprehension of the difference between ego and essence from the movement that occur within through those events, just an opportunity to more surrender the ego, to more deepen spiritual awakening, and to much closer to oneness, or remain in a state.

Nevertheless, when the mind (ego) is obsessive about its own (ego’s) righteousness, it refuses to accept events as they are, and moreover as a result of what we make a transaction with the ego (in sync with the ego), we reactively criticize people and events, insist on own correctness, or break off relationships with people in order to try to change the fact as it is.

But at that time, if we can non judgmentally observe the movement of the mind (ego), within the innermost stillness, without such automatic reactions, we will see clearly that there are other options as always, and that will also be able to change our own words and actions fundamentally.

Thus, if we can then surrender all interpretations of the mind (ego) and let the unknown take its course without worrying about what may happen, then peace will gently overflow within us.

On the other hand, if we then abandon that opportunity to the ego again, we will, after all, throw ourselves into an emotional storm (drama) or more strengthen identification ourselves with the ego, and thereby we will also create reasons to more dislike oneself, the ego.

In this way, when, where, and what we choose is always in the hands of each of us.

However, many minds (ego), while disliking ego and worrying about life, are actually addicted to such the world and think that life is more interesting and fun if they choose ego, and actually they never think that this is a reaction from ultimate “fear” within them and furthermore they do not even want to notice that fact from the identification with the ego.

Nevertheless.

All of these things, too, are and will continue to be always non judgmentally observed from much, much deeper and much, much higher than your aware self, and it will continue forever. (OM 🙏)
