“FEAR”

“Fear” is created by your imagination.

That means that there is no one to increase or decrease that fear but you.

We have created all kinds of distractions to keep us from those fears. And we have also created various reasons to be told ourselves that we need to do so.

So, on the contrary, if we eliminate distractions from us, we have to face our fears (illusions), which are the product of our own imagination.

That means, as a result, not only we can observe as mere witness that the emotions of fear is nothing more than an illusion that appears and disappears, but also we can even free ourselves from the illusion we have created.

“Fear” even increases physical pain.

“Fear” even overshadows the very significance of existence itself as well.

Do you see?

It is our own imagination that increases the physical pain we wish to avoid, and it is that same imagination that also overshadows from us the unshakable significance of existence we crave.

What does this mean?

Why are we so at the mercy of our own imagination?

Why do we live our lives at the mercy of our own imagination that can be stopped right away by us?

Ultimately, tracing back to the origin, if we can pull ourselves away from this imagination and from the emotions of fear that are its product, they then can have no power.

It means that it is enough for us to be merely witnesses to them as neither body nor mind (ego), but as essence itself.

Then will everything we call a problem disappear.

And for that we must “really” be awake all the time and detach ourselves, mere witnesses as essence, from the various movements that occur within.

In other words, we need more than anything else to carefully unravel one by one the perceptions of ‘self’ that have become entangled, by doing so, we all can return to our original state of being.

And at that time, the world that the mind (ego) sees will no longer be nothing more than an illusion for us as essence.

“Fear”, is merely a product of our own imagination, itself has no power unless we ourselves give it power. (OM 🙏)
