“DETACHMENT”

If you can continue to observe yourself (ego), and yet detach the essence, which is the Consciousness itself, completely from the observing object of the ego, you will purely become a mere witness and never become upset or feel embarrassed by the ego’s behavior any longer, which comes from identifying the ego with the self.

Never instead of making fun of the ego, but as if you purely enjoy a comedy, you will be able to regard the ego as relatively necessary to comprehend the essence and truly savor the ‘now’ with joy.

Detachment with the ego from the essence is essential for observation. (OM 🙏)
