“Be carefully one by one.”

“BE CAREFULLY ONE BY ONE.”

To live carefully in the ‘now’ means to focus one’s attention on one thing at the ‘now.’

Instead of leaving ‘now’ behind by thinking and worrying about tomorrow, next month, or what comes next, we need to enjoy fully the joy of discovering and being aware of the various discoveries that exist in the ‘now.’

This means paying attention to every detail of what we are doing ( =mindful) and at the same time continuing to observe any changes within as well.

And no matter what thoughts or emotions come up, no matter how much we want to react or judge, and to also resist or control all of them, let everything be, do not resist anything.

We just let them all come and go.

And in this way, by carefully living in the present moment, you will inevitably create your own opportunities to encounter the innermost stillness.

This encounter with innermost stillness is the best opportunity for you to know the truth that the present moment is all that any of us live for, and that all that is truly necessary is in the present moment.

In that stillness, you will not only become aware of what you need to be aware of, but you will also be in touch with the courage that comes naturally from within to face those truths, even if they make you want to look away.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Thoughts and emotions merely come and go. The ego that is the source of them is not you, and whatever they are, they cannot identify you with the ego by them.

In the first place, the fact that the ego is you is itself an illusion, so neither thoughts nor emotions are actually meaningful at all.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Ego loves tragedies of all kinds. It also loves to defeat something.

And it is the ego that keeps you in the illusion that the ego is the subject, and that it is the real living entity.

This gives the ego a sense of pride when it defeats something that needs to be defeated that the ego believes, and also gives the ego the opportunity to be the hero of the tragedy by you yourself immerse in the pain and sadness.

By you yourself play out these dramas, the ego further convinces you that the ego is you, as if it were the truth.

But everything the ego creates is just an illusion.

Only in order for you to truly comprehend these truths, it is essential for you to observe everything about yourself in the innermost stillness.

This observation is not, for instance, to know “What do I really want?” but rather to recognize and accept your ‘now’ as it is, without any interpretation, denial, or judgment by the mind or ego, so that you can be naturally led to the spiritual awakening that you originally desire at your deepest level.

From the first place, this question, “What do I really want?” is necessary that you have to ask yourself about the root of the question, “Who, and what does really want?”

Without this inner inquiry, you will never truly comprehend the truths that you are creating your own world or that the mind and ego are not you.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Continue to observe all the ‘fears’ that the ego holds in the ‘innermost stillness’ that you will inevitably encounter by living carefully one by one in the ‘now.’

Then sooner or later, you will be able to realize for yourself that any ‘fear’ held by the ego is merely an illusion as well. (OM 🙏)
