“THE WORLD AS THE MIND SEES IT AND THE WORLD AS THE CONSCIOUSNESS OBSERVES IT.”

The world that Mind sees and lives in is duality. Superiority or inferiority, good or evil. It is always measured and questioned which is better or more appropriate on the basis of comparison.

This means, in other words, that no matter when, where, or what we choose, there will always be an opposite “something worse” out there. This is because without it, it would be impossible to be good or more appropriate. This also means that when you are good, someone else must necessarily be evil.

There, striving for something is encouraged, achieving more, attaining visible abundance, and giving visibly more are sought after as good, whereas scarcity is abhorred and rejected.

The dual world is a place where mind and ego strive to rule with what they think is good and just, and nevertheless, is also a place where no one can still cease constant conflict by reactions.

When this reaction does not surface, it is merely a manifestation of effort to temporarily suppress the reaction as something that is not good, and this suppression always produces a distortion somewhere else. And so, in the end, the conflict never ceases.

And the fact that that same good, for instance, can even be evil when viewed from a different angle, is ignored as something that shakes the very foundations of way of being in the dual world of the mind and as an ultimate question that cannot be solved.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

On the other hand, the world that the Consciousness observes and exists in is nonduality. There is no superiority or inferiority, no right or wrong, only existence. There is no greed to be superior or right, or even no correctness that should be at all.

Everything is chosen in complete freedom, and each is always respected with reverence.

Also, in this non dual world, there are no seeds for conflict at all. There are no values to judge them, or even a definite time to judge them.
For instance, in the non dual world, even if something is only a seed of conflict for the mind in the dual world, the complexity of the process of appearing what seems as a seed of conflict, and what is hidden behind it even though it cannot be seen, are directly perceived by the heart, and everything is accepted and healed as it is, without any judgement of good or evil. Moreover, in the non dual world, there is ultimate comprehension, as a truism, that there is always the possibility that everything can change, depending on the timing of the viewer.

And yet, everything is pure and incredibly simple.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

This non dual world is where those who have reached, in a sense, a dead end of superiority or inferiority, right or wrong in the dual world of the mind, can finally open the door and enter, without awareness, when they still continue to sincerely seek the truth.

It is a door that can never be opened by the ego’s desire (“I want to escape suffering,” “I want to be someone (to gain existence value),” etc.). Because where there is awareness of the mind, there is no door to enter the non dual world.

For instance, those who are spiritually awakened and deepening their spirituality follow similar paths and take similar actions, not simply because they imitate those who have been walking before them, but because they inevitably arrive at the essential way of being through true search. It cannot be any other way.

This is why no matter how much knowledge and information we gather or how much we simply imitate what sages do, we cannot actually enter the non dual world.

What is needed is to actually explore the depths of the self by oneself.

Inquire the self into the innermost, “Why do I gather knowledge and information?”

“Who is it that is gathering the knowledge and information?”

“Why do I want to go to the non dual world going so far as imitating the sages for it?”

Find the identification with the mind, ego, or body that is firmly within.

Then leave that identification itself and also leave completely such wish to escape the suffering and sorrow caused by it.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

In this inquiry, rather than bemoaning the fact that you cannot find the answer, or giving up and feeling self-deprecated as if you cannot do it, or deceiving yourself that you have something more important to do, or even being a doer, you must completely detach yourself from the awareness of being a doer, and engage in the inquiry more sincerely with empty mind, and purely, so that you will have transcended the boundaries of ‘I,’ and without even realizing it, will be passing through the door to the non dual world.

࿓࿓࿓࿓࿓

Find what is your innermost, inexpressible, and pure ‘heart’s longing’ that never denies or rejects anything. (OM 🙏)
